Ordered by the Court that Solomon Colebourn be Overseer of the roads in Annamessex
hundred in the stead of John Starling from William Dixons to the Chapple from thence to meet
where Daniel Long Clears and all the County roads that Leads downwards to Little ANnamessex
from Robert Scotts dams &a

Thomas Ralph Overseer from a branch by William Dashiells up Quanticoe to the Mill and
from Jonathan Jacksons halfe way over to wickacomoco and from Quantico Mill halfe way to
John Goslins &a


William Waters appointed Overseer of the roads in stead of John Waters from the head of Annamessex
dams to the beginning of a road that Leads down thro the middle of Back Creek neck
and from thence hafe way that Road to beach and pine ridge and from theme down the South
side of the neck to tarr kill ridge and from thence halfe of the Road to Absalom Fords &a


David Wilson Guardian
  to Nathaniel Roach
Nathaniel Roach son of Nathaniel Road Late of Somerset County
dec.d having arrived at full age for the Choseing of his Guardian according
to Law Came hereinto Court and prays that he may be admitted for to Chose
    a Certain David Wilson of the County afd Gent his Guardian which is unto him Granted &a 

          Thereupon the said Nathaniel Roach the Younger afd being present herein Court makes
    Choice of the said David Wilson as his Guardian as afd praid &a    Whereupon it is ordered by
    the Court here that a Certain John Trehearn who hath the Estate of the said Nathaniel Roach in his
    possession deliver the same unto the afd Guardian both real and personall  and that the
    said Guardian receive the same &a    and further it is Ordered by the Court that the afd David
    Wilson Give Security for to Comply with the Guardian ship afd &a

           Whereupon the said David Wilson with George Dashiell and James Martin of Somerset County
    Gent his Securitys all present here in Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves to
    Owe and be Indebted unto the said Nathaniel Roach the Younger in fifty pounds Sterling good
    and Lawfull money of England of their Severall ^bodys^ goods and Chattells Lands and tenements for
    the Use of the said Nathaniel Roach his heirs or assignes to be made and Levied if it Happen
     that the said David Wilson do not Comply ^with the law^ in relation to the Guardian ship afd and
    doe not deliver unto the afd Nathaniel Roach or his Guardian to be Chosen if any all his
    Estate both reall and personall that he shall have in his hands and possession peaceably and
    quietly when ever the Same shall be Legally required &a
