he bringing the second best peice of Linnen according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided

Ordered that Joshua Sturges have an Order on the sherriff for Six hundred pounds of tobacco
he produceing to the Court the third and Last best peice of Linnen according to act of assembly in

     To the worshipfull the Justices of Somerset County now Sitting the humble petition of
John Treheard Sheweth that your petitioner having an Negro woman who is Very Old and infirm
and whose tax your petitioner has hitherto paid prays Your worships favour in relieving him
from the afd Tax she being above halfe of the Year blind and the Other part not Capable of much Service
and your petitioner shall ^ever^ pray
                                                                                        the petition afd being read and heard and fully
understood and mature deliberation thereupon had   wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that
the afd John Trehearn be discharged from the paying of Leavies for the afd Negro woman as by the
