176 Ordered by the Court that Neal McClester pay unto Jacob Messick One hundred and twenty pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his attendance four days as an Evidence on behalfe of the said Neal McClester against Elizabeth Nicholson admrx of John Nicholson dec.d he having made oath to the same &a Ordered by the Court that Patrick Dailey pay or Cause to be paid unto John Harper two hundred and tenn pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his wifes attendance Seven days as an Evidence on behalfe of the said Patrick Dailey at Suit of Edward Harper she having made oath to the same &a Ordered by the Court that Patrick Dailey pay unto Stephen Coston two hundred and tenn pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his attendance seven days as an Evidence on behalfe of the said Pat Dailey at Suit of Edward Harper he having made Oath to the Same &a Ordered by the Court that Patrick Dailey pay unto Mary Cantwell One hundred and twenty pounds of tobacco being due unto her for her attendance four days as an Evidence on behalfe of the said Pat Dailey at Suit of Edward Harper she having made Oath to the Same &a Ordered by the Court that Francis Elliott pay unto Henry Windsor thirty pounds of tobacco it being due unto him for his attendance one day as an Evidence on behalfe of the said Francis Elliott against William Gunn he having made Oath to the Same &a Phillip Curry a poor Infirm man upon application to the Court is adjudged by the Co same Court here to be Levy Free for the future &a Ordered that William Nelson have an Order on the sherriff for One thousand pounds of tobacco he bringing to Court the best peice of Linnen according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &a Ordered that James Strawbridge have an Order on the sherriff for Eight hundred pounds of tob.o he bringing the second best peice of Linnen according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &a Ordered that Joshua Sturges have an Order on the sherriff for Six hundred pounds of tobacco he produceing to the Court the third and Last best peice of Linnen according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &a
