County Court the said two thousand nine hundred and thirty three to be Levied of your bodyes goods or Chattells Lands or tenements for the use of the said William Clayland in Case the said Patrick Connelly Rowland Beavins and William Beavins shall not pay and Satisfie to the said William Clayland the said two thousand nine hundred and thirty three pounds of tobacco so as afd recovered against him with the additionall Costs thereon on the tenth day of February next Jno Scott Taken before us this 12.th day of July 1734 W.m Lane Ordered by the Court that Patrick Burk pay unto Thomas Canes Ninety pounds of tob.o being due unto him for his attendance three days as an Evidence on behalfe of the said Patrick Burk against Samuel Riggin he having made Oath to the Same &a Ordered that Samuel Riggin pay unto Seward Tomlin three hundred pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his attendance ten days as an Evidence on behalfe of the Said Samuel Riggin against the said Patrick Burk he having made Oath to the Same &a Ordered by the Court that Samuel Riggin pay unto John Glass three hundred and thirty pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his attendance Eleven days as an Evidence on behalfe of of the said Samuel Riggin against Patrick Burk he having made oath to the Same &a Ordered by the Court that Samuel Riggin pay unto Charles Marchment two hundred & forty pounds of tobacco being due unto for his attendance Eight days as an Evidence on behalfe of the said Sam.l Riggin against Pat Burke he having made Oath to the same &a Ordered by the Court that Samuel Riggin pay or Cause to be paid unto Ruth Riggin thirty pounds of tobacco being due unto her for her attendance One day as an Evidence on behalfe of the said Samuel Riggin against Patrick Burk she having made Oath to the Same &a Ordered by the Court that Patrick Dailey pay unto George Benston two hundred and forty pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his attendance Eight days as an Evidence on behalfe of the said Patrick Dailey against Edward Harper he having made Oath to the Same &a Ordered by the Court that Neal MccClester pay unto John McClester One hundred and Eighty pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his attendance Six days as an Evidence on behalfe of the said Neal McClester against John Nicholsons admrx he having made oath to the Same &a |
