given to the afd Edward Harper here also &a    Att which said next Court to witt the ninteenth
day of march anno Dom One thousand seven hundred and thirty three Came againe as well the aforesaid
Edward Harper as the afd Patrick Dailey by their attorneys afd and Whereupon the said Patrick
prays further Leave thereof to Imparle hereuntill next Court and he hath it and the same day
is given to the afd Edward herealso &a

          Att Which said next Court to witt the Eighteenth day of June anno Dom One thousand Seven
hundred and thirty four Came again as well the afd Edward Harper as the afd Patrick Dailey by their
attorneys afd  And whereupon the said Patrick Dailey as before defends the force and Injury when &a
and Saith that he is not guilty of the premisses above upon him Imposed in manner and form
as the afd Edward Harper above against him hath Complained and of this he puts himselfe upon the
Country and the afd plft in Like manner

    Thereupon it is Commanded the sherriff of Somerset County that Immediately he should Cause
to come here before ^the Justices of^ his Lordships County Court of Somerset now in Court sitting at dividing Creek
in the County afd twelve &a by whom &a and who neither &a to recognize &a because as well &a and
afterwards Immediately Came thereof the Jury &a and the Jurors of that same Jury by Joshua
Caldwell ^Gent^ sherriffe of the County afd to this Impannelled being Called Came to witt Adam Spence Jun.r
Edward Jones John Roach Jos: Gray John White Will.m Gray nanticoke, Michael Godwin John Webb
Robt Collier James Smith Jonathan Bounds and Angello Attikinson who to say the truth of the
premises being duely elected tryed and Sworn upon their Oath doe say that the afd Patrick
is Guilty of the premisses in manner and form as the afd Edward Harper above against him hath
Complained and assessed damages of the same Edward by Occasion of the premisses afd beyound his
Costs and Charges by him about his Suit in that part apposed to Nine hundred and forty one pounds
of tobacco and for those Costs and Charges to one pound of tobacco &a

       Therefore it is Considered that the afd Edward Harper recover against the afd Patrick
Dailey the damages afd by the Jurors afd in form afd assessed as also Six hundred & Five
605                                      pounds of tobacco for his Costs and Charges afd to the same
Edward by the Court here of his assent of Increas adjudged which Certain damages in the whole
