by the petition afd is praid and that James Dashiell Robert Collier, John Hopkins and Jacob Messex
of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the same Commission according to Law &a

                   That your petitioner has a right to part of a tract of Land Called Fountains Lott the
    bounds of which are Like to prove uncertain unless perpetuated for which reason your petitioner
    prays your worships to appoint Commissioners pursuant to act of assembly to Examine Evidences
    Relating to the bounds of the tract afd or the bounds of any Other tract on which the same may depend
    and your petitioner as in duty bound shall pray

           The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had
    Wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that a Commission Issue to the afd Nicholas Fountain Jun.r
    as by the petition afd is praid and that Robert King Thos Williams Samuel Wilson & John Waters of
