Wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that the afd John McClester the petitioner be and
remain as Guardian to the afd Adam Carlyle and John Carlyle orphans as afd untill they shall arrive at
full age for the Choseing of their Guardians &a   Whereupon it is ordered by the Court here that Huett
Nutter of Somerset County deliver upon unto the afd John McClester Guardian as afd all the Estate of
the afd Adam Carlyle and John Carlyle ^with all their Estate^ that he hath in his hands and possession both reall and
personall and that the Said Guardian receive the Same &a

       And further it is ordered by the Court here that the afd John McClester Give Security for
to Comply with the Guardianship afd

                Whereupon the afd John MccClester together with Neal McClester and Francis Lank his securitys
all present here in Court acknowledged themselves to Owe and be Indebted unto the Said Adam
Carlyle and John Carlyle in four hundred pounds Sterling good and Lawfull money of England of their bodys
goods and Chattells Lands and tenements Joyntly and Severally to the use of the Said Adam Carlyle
and John Carlyle their heirs and assignes to be made and Levied    If it happen that the afd John
McClester do not Comply with the Law in relation to the Guardianship afd and do not deliver up unto
their afd Adam Carlyle and John Carlyle or their Guardian or Guardians if any all their Estate both
reall and personall that he shall have in his hands and possession peaceably and quietly whenever
the Same shall be Legally required &a


       Upon the Motion of William, Goldsborough Clerk of the Indictments for Somerset County
It is ordered by the Court that the Sheriffe of Somerset Return a pannell of Grand Jurors Immediately
to Enquire for his Lordship and the body of Somerset County which Jurors are as followeth viz.t
Nicholas Fountain, John Records Thomas Humphrys William Cord James Jones Manny, Benja Foolks
Charles Roach, Benja Holland Neal MccClester, John Phipps Abraham Ingram Henry Toadvine
William Vaughn, Wm Gray John Crouch Richard Hall John Messex Robert Govan Junr James
Thompson John Larrimore and David Huttson  Whereupon Proclamation being made in Usuall
Form and the Jurors afd so as afd Impannelled being severally Called Over by their Names did
appear as above and there^upon^ they were Sworn and Charged and Sent Out to Consider &a soon after
the Grand Jurors afd being Impannell sworn and Charged as afd Return hereinto Court and being
Severally Called Over appear and return the following presentment against Mary Polk thereupon
the grand Jurors afd are discharged and ordered that they be allowed four hundred pounds of tobacco
for their publick service this Court and against the afd Mary Polk so as afd Presentm'd it is ordered
that Capias Issue Returnable to next Court &a
