                               And the Said James Lindow by Levin Gale his attorney Comes and defends the force and
Injury when &c and prays Leave thereof to Imparle here untill next Court and he hath it and the
same day is Given to the afd John here also &.c

                   Att which said next Court to witt the Sixteenth day of November anno Dom One thousand
Seven hundred and thirty One Came againe as well the afd John Stewart as the afd James Lindow
by their attorneys afd and whereupon the same James prays further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill
next Court and he hath it and the Same is given to the afd James here also &.c

                      Att which said next Court to witt the Twenty first day of March                   ann.o Dom one
thousand Seven hundred and thirty One Came againe as well the afd John Stewart as the afd James Lindow
by their attorneys afd and whereupon the same James prays further Leave thereof to Imparle
here untill next Court and he hath it and the Same day is given to the afd John here also &c

       Att which said next Court to witt the twentieth day of June anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred
and thirty two Came againe as well the afd John Stewart as the afd James Lindow by their attorneys afd
and whereupon the Same James Lindow prays further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill next Court
and he hath it and the Same day is Given to the afd John here also &c

          Att Which said next Court to witt the fifteenth day of august anno Dom One thousand Seven
hundred and thirty two Came againe as well the afd John Stewart as the afd James Lindow by
their attorneys afd and the same James as before defends the force and Injury when &c and whereupon
the afd John prays that the afd James to his declaration afd may answer & but the afd attorney of the
Same James says that he is not Informed by the same James his Clyant of any answer for the same
James to the afd John in the plea afd to be given and nothing Else thereof says by which the same
John Remaineth against the afd James thereof undefended

                Whereupon the Same John his damages by occasion of the Non performance of the promise
and assumption afd against the afd James ought to Recover but because it is not Known what
