    To the Worshipfull Justices of Somersett County in Court Now Setting
The Petition of Christopher Nutter Huett Nutter William Nutter
& Mathew Nutter Humbly prays a Commission may be Granted to
Settle the Bounds of Two Tracts of Land Both Called by One Name Viz.t Nutters Adventure
Lying and being in a Neck of Land known by the Name of Nutters Neck and Likewise
to settle the bounders of a Devision formerly made a Cross the said Neck between Christopher
Nutter sen.r and Mathew Nutter sen.r Deceased it now being the Devision between the
aboves.d Christopher Nutter and Huett Nutter and the aboves.d William Nutter and Mathew
Nutter and Your Petitioners as in Duty bound shall Ever pray

          The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood and Mature deliberation thereupon
had  Wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that a Commission Issue to the afd Christopher Nutter
Huett Nutter William Nutter and Mathew Nutter as by the petition afd is praid and that John Handy, John
Gale Joseph Wailes and Day Scott of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the same
Commission according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &a

  petition of Arthur Parks Humbly sheweth            That Whereas your petitioner
                   being Troubled with an Ailment that God has pleased to bestow on him So that
he is Not Capable of Doing any Labour at all and therefore Your Petitioner beggs that your
Worships be pleased to take it in to Consideration and Discharge him from paying Tax which
Will be some help to your petitioner who hopes you will take it in Consideration and your
petitioner as in Duty ^bound^ Shall Ever pray

          The petition afd being Read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had
    wherefore it is Considered that the afd Arthur Parks be for the future Tax free as by the petition afd
    is praid &a

Michael Silivan Late Deceased) had a Child Committed to his Care by the s.d
Silivan in order to be Nursed & Carefully Minded & it being perfectly ^known^ by all your humble
petitioners Neighbours yt your severall petitioners Neighbours y.t your humble petitioner
has Used a paternal Care towards y.r s.d Child During y.e Space of One Year & Seven Months
Which is the whole Time of y.e s.d Childs being under your humble petitioners Care these are humble
to require your Worships to have Compassion on the Orphan & Commiserate its Station as being
Unprovided for & Retaliate your humble petitioner for his former Trouble & he will be in Duty
bound to Pray
