Att a Court of the Right Honourable Charles absolute Lord and Proprietary of the provinces
of maryland and avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &a held for Somerset County at dividing Creek
in the Same County the third Tuesday of June to witt ^the^ Eighteenth day of the same month and in the twentieth
Year of his said Lordships dominion anno Dom One thousand seven hundred and thirty four by his
said Lordships Justices the peace in the same County to keep assigned of whom were present

and Sent Out to Consider &a Soon after the Orphan Jury afd being Impannelled Sworn and Charged
as afd Return hereinto Court and being Severally Called Over did appear and being asked if they
had agreed on any presentments answered no thereupon they were discharged &a


Nero a negro boy of Edward Waters is adjudged by the Court here to be of the age of
twelve Years this term &a

Belindo a negro Girle of Edward Waters is adjudged by the Court to the age of Twelve
Years this term &a

    Juby a negro Boy of Thomas Walker is adjudged by the Court here to the age of Twelve Years
this Term &a


Alexander Tully
      bound to
William More
Whereas a Certain Alexander Tully a poor Orphan boy being Left by his
father unto a Certain William More and the Said Orphan boy Remaining ever
since in the Custody of the said William More which is about Nine Years after
the death of the father of the said Alexander Tully &a  Now hereat this day to witt the Eighteenth
day of June One thousand seven hundred and thirty four at the prayer of the afd William More
who was present herein Court in his proper person the said Allexander Tully Orphan as afd is
