William Leech
Somerset County     Be it remembred that William Leech does acknowledge himself Indebted
to the Right honrble the Lord proprietary in the sum of five pounds Sterling to be Levied
upon his goods and Chattells Lands and tenements if failure be made of the underwritten
Condition      The Condition of the above Recognizance is such that if Jane Leech wife of the above Wm do make
her personall appearance before his Lordships Justices of the peace for the County afd at dividing Creek the
third Tuesday of March next to give Evidence on behalfe of his Lordship against Joseph Hardin and Elianer
his wife and not depart the said Court without Leave thereof that then the above Obligation to be void
Else to remain in full force power and vertue the above recognizance taken the 26.th day of February anno

       Att which said Third tuesday of March to witt the ninteenth day of the       1731
       same month Ann Dom One thousand seven hundred and thirty three the said Jane Leech altho Solemnly
Called Comes not but makes default neither does the abovesaid William Leach bring in the afd Jane

       Thos Lambden discharged from his Recognizance Entered into for Sarah MccDaniell &a
