her personall appearance before his Lordships Justices of the peace for the County afd at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of March next to give Evidence on behalfe of his Lordship against Joseph Hardin and Elianer his wife and not depart the said Court without Leave thereof that then the above Obligation to be void Else to remain in full force power and vertue the above recognizance taken the 26.th day of February anno Dom 1733/4 Ri RKing Att which said Third tuesday of March to witt the ninteenth day of the 1731 same month Ann Dom One thousand seven hundred and thirty three the said Jane Leech altho Solemnly Called Comes not but makes default neither does the abovesaid William Leach bring in the afd Jane according to the recognizance &a Thos Lambden discharged from his Recognizance Entered into for Sarah MccDaniell &a The Adjourns untill the third Tuesday of June Anno Dom 1734 |
