Somerset County Be it remembred that William Leech does acknowledge himself Indebted
to the Right hon^rble the Lord proprietary in the sum of five pounds Sterling to be Levied
upon his goods and Chattells Lands and tenements if failure be made of the underwritten

Condition      The Condition of the above Recognizance is such that if Jane Leech wife of the above W^m do make
her personall appearance before his Lordships Justices of the peace for the County afd at dividing Creek the
third Tuesday of March next to give Evidence on behalfe of his Lordship against Joseph Hardin and Elianer
his wife and not depart the said Court without Leave thereof that then the above Obligation to be void
Else to remain in full force power and vertue the above recognizance taken the 26.^th day of February anno

       same month Ann Dom One thousand seven hundred and thirty three the said Jane Leech altho Solemnly

       Tho^s Lambden discharged from his Recognizance Entered into for Sarah M^ccDaniell &^a

                            The Adjourns untill the third Tuesday of June Ann^o Dom 1734
