to William White for the quantity of One thousand weight of pork and two hundred and sixty
Seven pounds of tobacco which quantity was Recovered by the said William White against Patrick
Connelly on the second of august One thousand Seven hundred & thirty three before Capt John Scott and William Lane
two ^of^ his Lordships Justices of the peace for the County of Somerset the said One thousand weight of pork and two
hundred and Sixty Seven pounds of tobacco to be Levied of your bodys goods or Chattells Lands and tenem.ts
for the Use of the said WIlliam White In Case the said Patrick Connelly shall not pay and Satisfie to the said
William White One thousand weight of porke and two hundred & Sixty Seven pounds of tobacco as afd recovered
against him with the additional Costs thereon on the 10 day of February next Ensuing taken before us
