said William Sandwith by James Shirley his attorney and the sheriff of Somerset County to whom the
foregoeing writt was directed  Likewise Cometh and maketh return thereof to the Court here Endorsed
in these words following viz.t  Cepi Corpus p Joshua Caldwell sher

And the said John Bishop by Francis Allen his attorney Comes and defends the force and
Injury when &a and prays Leave thereof to Imparle here untill next Court and he hath
it and the same day is given to the afd William here also &a

       Att which said next Court to witt the ninteenth day of March Anno Dom One thousand seven
hundred and thirty three Came againe as well the afd William Sandwith as the afd John Bishop
by his attorney afd   And Because the afd William did not declare against the afd John nor prosecutes
his writt in the plea afd &a     Therefore he and his pledges of prosecuting be in Mercy and
the plft name pledges &a and that the afd John Bishop go thereof without day and also it is Considered
that the afd John Bishop recover against the said William Sandwith One hundred & Sixty Four
164                                                pounds to the same John by discretion of the Justices
here at his request for his Costs and Charges in that part sustained according to the form of the Statute lately
made and provided adjudged &a

     Command was given to the Sheriff of Somerset County that he should take
Johannes Lamberson Late of Somerset County planter if he should be found in
in his bailywick and him should safe keep so that he might have his body
       before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek in the
       County afd the third tuesday of November then next to answer unto Francis Henderson of a plea of trespass
       upon the Case &a and that thereof he should not fail &a

             Att which said third tuesday of November to witt the twentieth day of the same month anno Dom
One thousand Seven hundred and thirty three being the day of the return of the said Writt Cometh
the said Francis Henderson by Francis Allen his attorney and the Sher of Somerset County to whom
the foregoeing writt was directed  Likewise Cometh and maketh return thereof to the Court here Endorsed

force and Injury when &a  and prays Leave thereof to Imparle hereuntill next Court and he hath
