(132) And the said William Whitington by Francis Allen his attorney Cometh and Defendeth the force and Injury when &a and prayeth Leave thereof to Imparle hereuntill next Court and he hath it and the same Day is Given to the afd Betty herealso &a Att which said Next Court to witt the Nineteenth Day of June Ann Dom One thousand seven hundred and thirty three Came Again as well the afd Betty Gale as the afd William Whittington by their attorneys afd and whereupon the said William prays further Leave thereof to Imparle hereuntill Next Court and he hath it and the same Day is Given to the afd Betty herealso &a Att which said Next Court to witt the Twenty first Day August Ann Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty three Came Again as well the afd Betty Gale as the afd William Whittington by their attorneys afd and whereupon the sd William prays further Leave thereof to Imparle hereuntill next Court and he hath it and the Same Day is Given to the afd Betty herealso &a Att which Said next Court to witt the Twentieth Day of November Ann Dom One thousand seven hundred and thirty three Came again as well the afd Betty Gale as the afd William Whittington by their attorneys afd and whereupon the sd William prays further Leave thereof to Imparle hereuntill Next Court and he hath it and the same Day is Given to the afd Betty herealso &a Att which said next Court to witt the ninteenth day of March ann.o Dom One thousand seven hundred and thirty three Came againe as well the afd Betty as the afd William by their attorneys afd afd of the afd Betty by which the same Betty Remaineth remaineth against the afd William thereof undefended &a Therefore it is Considered that the afd Mad.m Betty Gale recover against the afd William Whittington her debt afd and her damages by Occasion of the detention 386 of that same debt to three hundred and Eighty Six pounds of tobacco to the same Betty of her assent by the Court here adjudged and the afd deft in mercy &a
