    Ordered that a road be Laid out by James Caldwell and Mitchell Dashiell from the upper
    Landing of rewastico creek to Ralph Lows where it Intersects Quantico Road and that the said
James Caldwell be Overseer of the said Road and that he have his Own male Taxables abraham Taylers
and Daniel Roads for the Clearing and Compleating of the Said Road &a

      To the Worshipfull Court now Sitting the petition of William Lane humbly sheweth
that your petitioner prays your worships to give him Leave to build a hous at the Court
    house Land and your petitioner as in duty bound shall pray         William Lane

       The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood wherefore it is Considered by the Court
here that the afd William Lane have Liberty to build a hous on the Court house Land as by the petition
afd is praid &a

petition of Henry Dorman Jun.r humbly sheweth
                                                                           Whereas your petitioner
is possest of a tract of Land Called deep lying at the head of Manocan river in Somerset parish
and County afd the bounds of which (if not perpetuated by some ancient persons now Living)
may in Length of time become uncertaine therefore your petitioner prays your worships to appoint
Commissioners to Examine Evidences Relating thereto or the bounds of any Other Lands on which
the same may depend pursuant to act of assembly in that Case provided and your petitioner as
in duty bound shall pray &a
                                                             The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood
and mature deliberation thereupon had   Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that a Commission
Issue to the afd Henry Dorman as by the petition afd is praid and that James Strawbridge,
Wm Jones manocan John Finch and Thomas Brown of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners
and Execute the Same Commission according to act of assembly in Such Case made and
provided &a

 Micajah Brittingham Son of Samuel Brittingham Late of Somerset County
Gent dec.d having arrived at full age for the Choseing of his Guardian came hereinto
                               Court and prays that he may be admitted to Chose a Certain John Brittingham of the
County afd as his Guardian which is to him by the Court Granted   thereupon the said Micajah Brittingham
present here in Court in his proper person makes Choice of the afd John Brittingham ^or his Guardian^ accordingly &a

          Whereupon it is Ordered by the Court here that the afd John Brittingham take into his Care and
Custody all the Estate of the afd Micajah Brittingham both Real and personall and Likewise
that he give Security for to Comply with the Guardianship afd &a
