George Jones and George Erving of Somerset County Gent ^are^ appointed burners of tobacco in Manny Hundred
in the County afd according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &.a

Hutton Hill and Richard Sturges of Somerset County Gent are appointed burners of tobacco in Mattapony hundred
in the said County according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &.a

John Dennis Jun.r and Sampson Wheatley of Somerset County Gent are appointed burners of tobacco in
Annamessex hundred in the County afd according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &.a

Charles Ballard and Joseph Wailes of Somerset County Gent are appointed Burners of Wick tobacco
in Wickacomoco hundred in the said County according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &.a

Mitchell Dashiell and Doubty Collier of Somerset County Gent are appointed Burners of tobacco in
Nanticoke hundred in the County afd according to act of assemby in Such Case made and provided &.a

Charles Rackliffe and James Rownd of Somerset County Gent are appointed burners of tobacco of
Baltemore hundred in the said County according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &.a


    The Justices of Somerset County did agree with M.rs Alice Elice and Mr John Handy who
keeps ferrys over wickacomoco River in and for the County afd and with Mr James Martin & W.m
Stevens who keeps ferrys Over Pocomoke River in and for the Same County in manner and form
following vizt   That Whereas they the said Alice Ellis, John Handy, James Martin and W.m
Stevens had Obtained his Lordships Lycence for the keeping of ferrys over the Rivers afd at their
Usual places and if they do deliver up unto the severall person or persons or make satisfaction
unto them for all or what money or Other thing or things that they had received from any
person or persons Living within the County afd for ferriages since the Last November Court &.a

    that then the said Alice Ellis, John Handy, James Martin and William Stevens ^to have^ their full
allowances as if they had kept free ferrys p year as Usual   And further it was agreed that
the said Alice Ellis John Handy James Martin and William Stevens to find and provided good
and Sufficient Boats and give good attendance to their severall and respective ferrys over the
Rivers afd for the passing and repassing of all those that shall have Occasion to make Use of the
same ferrys &.a


    Ordered by the Court that if M.rs Mary Hicks and M.rs Eliz.a Lame who used to
keep free ferrys over the above said River and do Comply with the above said agreem.t with Mr Ellis Mr Handy
Mr Martin and William Stevens in Every Respect and find and provide a good Boat and give good attendance
to ^Each of^ the said ferrys that then they the said M.rs Mary Hicks and Mrs Eliza Lame to have their usuall allowances
as if they had kept free ferrys the full year &.a
