part of a tract of Land formerly sold from Isaac Noble the Elder unto Richard Kemble Called
Timmson the bounders of which are somewhat decayed and the Evidences ancient

       therefore your petitioner humbly prays your worships will be pleased to appoint Commissioners
in order to Examine Evidences in relation to the bounds of the same and he as in duty bound
will pray &.a                               William Cottman

                   The petition afd being Read and heard and fully understood and Mature deliberation
thereupon had   Wherefore it Is Considered by the Justices here that a Commission
Issue to the afd William Cottman as by the petition afd is praid and that George Dashiell
George Gale, Thomas Walker and James Jones of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and
Execute the Same Commission according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &.a

     To the Worshipfull Justices of Somerset County in Court now Sitting the
petition of William Jones of Goose Creek Humbly sheweth that the main Road
    that Leads up manokin River goes through the Cleared Ground of your petitioner very much
    to his prejudice being Obliged to make a fence on Each side of the Road the whole Length of his
    Land which is very much to your petitioners disadvantage your petitioner hath therefore by Consent
    of the neighbour hood Cleared and ditched the greates part of a new road which is very Little farther
    about then the Old road and will in a Short time be much better Your petition therefore humbly
    beggs your worships will give an Order that the said Road may be turned and your petitioner
    as in duty bound shall ever pray &.a

             The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon  
    had   Wherefore it is Considered that William Stoughton and Henry Ballard of Somerset County
    Gent view the same new road and when they shall think the new road good and passable that then
    they order the stoping of the Old Road &.a


    Sam a negro Boy belonging to Solomon Townsend is adjudged by the Court to the age of fourteen
    years this term &.a

     To the Worshipfull the Justices of Somerset County Court now Sitting the
Petition of Joseph Dashiell most humbly sheweth that your petitioner
    having a tract of Land Called sherredines desire the bounds whereof depends on the second bounder
    of a Certain Tract of Land formerly Surveyed for James Dashiell sen.r and known by the Name of any
    thing and that your petitioner prays to have a Commission to assertain the bounder and your petitioner
    as in duty bound will pray               the petition afd being read and heard and fully understood   Wherefore
    it is Considered by the Justices here that a Commission Issue to the afd Jos Dashiell as by ye afd petition afd
    is praid and that Geo Scott, John Gale, Day Scott and Jos Wailes all of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners
    and Execute the Same Commission according to act of assembly in Such Case made & provided &.a
