102 The foregoing Executions were returned to november Court anno Don one thousand Seven hundred and thirty three
The above actions the writts thereto belonging were returned Cepi to November Court Anno Dom 1733 and were entered agreed the Same Court &a The following actions were Entered agreed on November Court Dockett anno Dom 1733
Cattle and also to pass with Cartes and horses about Our Business without Let or Inturruption but of Late Wee are bard and hendred by reason of a Ceartain John Miller who hath Built a Mill upon a branch over which our roade went and he hath made his Dam so Narrow that it is not possible to pass over with Our Carts Nor to drive or forse our Cattle over the said dam so that your petitioners are Oblidged to drive our Creatures Many Miles round to our Marshes for want of the liberty and bennefitt of our roade and also for the passing over with Our Carts for which Reason your petitioners are put to many If Conveniences and prays that your Worships would take it into your Consideration and order the aforesd Miller to Make your petitioners a good and sufficient roade over the branch where his mill is that so your petitioners May have the Liberty and bennifit of our former roade as we have formerly had and your petitioners as in duty bound shall for Ever pray Richard Wood Craft Martins Kennett & the rest Now here at this day to witt the twentieth day of November Anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty three Came here into Court before the Justices thereof as well the afd John Miller as Severall of his |
