       November Court    1733             102

Whereupon the said Robert Dias being Called appears and thereupon the Said Robert
Dias at the prayer of the afd Jacob and Magdalene by their attorney afd is adjudged to
give Speciall bail to the action afd   Thereupon a Certain Job Sherry of Somerset County
Taylor present herein Court in his proper person undertakes for the said Robert Dias
that if in Case the said Jacob and Magdalene Loockermans should recover Judgment in the
plea afd against the said Robert Dias or that the said Robert Dias Should be therein
Convict that then he the said Robert Dias shall pay the Condemnation of the Court thereupon
or Render his body to the Custody of the sher of Somerset County in Satisfaction
thereof or that he the said Job Sherry will do it for him &a

       Whereupon the said Robert Dias by George Douglas his attorney Comes and defends
the force and Injury when &a and prays Leave thereof to Imparle hereuntill next Court
and he hath it and the Same day is given to the afd Jacob and Magdalene here also &a

Att which said next Court to witt the ninteenth day of June Anno Dom One thousand Seven
hundred and thirty three Came again as well the afd Jacob and Magdalen Locckerman as the
afd Robert Dias by their attorneys afd and Whereupon the same Robert Dias prays
further Leave thereof to Imparle hereuntill next Court and he hath it and the Same
day is given to the afd Jacob and Magdalene here also &a

Att which said next court to witt the Twenty first day of August Ann.o Dom One thousand
Seven hundred and thirty three Came Againe as well the afd Jacob and Magdalene Lockerman
as the afd Robert Dias by their attorneys afd and whereupon the same Robert Dias
prays further Leave thereof to Imparle hereuntill next Court and he hath it and the same
day is given to the afd Jacob and Magdalene here also &a

    Att which said next court to witt the Twentieth day of November Ann.o Dom One thousand
Seven hundred and thirty three Came againe as well the afd Jacob and Magdalene Loockerman
as the afd Robert Dias by their attorneys afd and because the afd Jacob and Magdalene did
not declare against the afd Robert in the plea afd nor did prosecute their writt afd against the
same Robert &a    Therefore they and their pledges of prosecuting be in mercy and the
plfts name pledges &a and that the afd Robert Dias go thereof without day &a
