he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships county Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of March then Next to Answer unto Jacob Lockerman & Magdalen Lockerman Ex.rs of the testament and last will of Jacob Lockerman late of talbot County deced of a plea of trespass upon the Case &a and that thereof he should not faile &a Att which said third tuesday of March to witt the twentieth day of the same month Anno Dom One thousand seven hundred and thirty two being the day of the return of the said Writt Cometh the said Jacob and Magdalen Lockerman by William Beckingham their Attorney and the sher of Somerset County to whom the foregoeing writt was directed Likewise Comes and makes return thereof to the Court here Endorsed in these words following Viz.t Cepi Corpus p Joshua Caldwell sher Whereupon |
