to the Court here Endorsed in these words following vizt Cepi Corpus p Joshua Caldwell sher

       And the afd Walter Jacobs and Elizabeth his wife by George Dashiell their attorney Come and
defend the force and Injury when &a and pray Leave thereof to Imparle hereuntill next Court
and they have it and the Same day is Given to the afd Adam here also &a

           Att which said next Court to witt the ninteenth day of June Ann.o Dom One thousand Seven
hundred and thirty three Came againe as well the afd Adam Muir as the afd Walter Jacobs and Eliza his wife
by their attorneys afd and whereupon the Said Walter Jacobs and Eliz.a his wife prays further Leave thereof
to Imparle here untill next Court and they have it and the Same day is given to the afd Adam here also &a

       Att Which said next Court to witt the twenty first day of August Ann.o Dom One thousand
Seven hundred and thirty three Came againe as well the afd Adam Muir as the afd Walter
Jacobs and Eliza his wife ^by their attorney afd and whereupon the said Walter Jacobs and Eliza his wife^ pray further Leave thereof to Imparle hereuntill next Court
and they have it and the same day is Given to the afd Adam here also &a

       Att which said next Court to witt the Twentyeth day of November Ann.o Dom One
thousand seven hundred and thirty three Came again as well The afd Adam Muir as the afd
Walter Jacobs and Eliz.a his wife by their attorneys afd and because the afd Adam Muir did not declare
against the afd Walter Jacobs and Eliz.a his wife in the plea afd nor did prosecute his writt afd against
the same Walter and Eliz.a &a
                                                    Therefore he and his pledges of prosecuting be in mercy and the
plft name pledges &a and that the afd Walter Jacobs and Eliz.a his wife admrx of the afd Christopher
Dashiell dec.d go thereof without day  also it is Considered that the afd Walter Jacobs and Eliz.a
his wife recover against the afd Adam Muir his damages by Occasion of the premisses to Two hundred
277   & seventy Seven                        pounds of tobacco to the Same Walter and Eliz.a by discretion
of the Justices here at their request for their Costs and Charges in that part Sustained according to the
form of the Statute thereof Lately made and provided adjudged &a

he Should take Robert Dias Late of Somerset County planter
                            if he should be found in his bailywick and him Should safe keep so that
    he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships county Court of Somerset to be held
    at dividing Creek the third tuesday of March then Next to Answer unto Jacob Lockerman &
    Magdalen Lockerman Ex.rs of the testament and last will of Jacob Lockerman late of talbot
    County deced of a plea of trespass upon the Case &a and that thereof he should not faile &a
   
       Att which said third tuesday of March to witt the twentieth day of the same month Anno
    Dom One thousand seven hundred and thirty two being the day of the return of the said
    Writt Cometh the said Jacob and Magdalen Lockerman by William Beckingham their Attorney
    and the sher of Somerset County to whom the foregoeing writt was directed Likewise
    Comes and makes return thereof to the Court here Endorsed in these words following Viz.t Cepi
