John Huet Nutter heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs shall and do well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the above
Named Adam Carlyle and John Carlyle the afd sum of ^two^ hundred and twenty Six pounds Ninteen
Shillings and ten pence half peny According to Act of Assembly when they Shall arive at full age
to Receive the Same &.c then the above obligation to be Void and of none Effect otherwise to

Somerset County ss     Know all men by these presents that we Jeremiah Brittingham; Henry
in maryland ss            Jerman and William Pointer all of Somerset County in the province afd
are held and and firmly bound unto Jacob Sturges orphan of William Sturges dec.d in the full
    and Just sum of forty One pounds fifteen Shillings and two pence Curr.t mony to be paid unto the Said Jacob
    Sturges his heirs executors administrators administrators or assignes to the which payment well and truely to be
    made and done we bind Our Selves and Either of us our and Either of Our heirs Executors and Administrators
    for the whole and in the whole Joyntly and Severally firmly by these presents Sealed with Our Seals and dated this 15th
    day of June ann.o Dom 1731

                    The Condition of the above Obligation is Such that whereas the Commisary Generall hath transmitted
    unto this Court the amount of the Estate of William Sturges dec.d wherein it is found that there is ballance due to
    the above said Orphan the Sum of twenty pounds Seventeen Shillings and Seven pence Currant money

                   If therefore the above Said Jeremiah Brittingham his heirs Executors or administrators Shall and do well
    and truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the above named Jacob Sturges the afd Sum of twenty pounds Seventeen
    Shillings and Seven pence Currant money according to act of assembly when he Shall arrive at full age to receive
    the Same &.c then the above Obligation to be void and of none Effect Otherwise to remain in full force and vertue in

Somerset County ss  William Dulany Late of Somerset County
was Attached to answere unto Hutton Hill of a plea of Trespass
upon the case &.c
    And Whereupon the said William Hutton by Francis Allen is Attorney complains
    that whereas the said William the fifteenth day of Novemb.r Ann Dom seventeen
    hundred and twenty Nine at Somerset County afd within the Jur of
    this court was Indebted unto the said Hutton in thirty Seven Shillings Curr.t
    Money of Maryland as by Acc.t hereunto annexed may in court appear and
    being so thereof Indebted ye  Said William in consideration thereof the day and
     year afd at the county County afd within the Jur afd upon himselfe did assume
    and to the said Hutton then and there did faithfully Promise that he said W.m
    the afd thirty Seven Shillings to the said Hutton when he should be thereunto
    Requested he would well and faithfully pay and COntent Nevertheless the said
    William his Promise and Assumption afd in forme afd Made Nothing regarding
    but plotting and fraudulently Intending the said Hutton in that part
    Craftilly and Subtilly to Deceive and Defraud the said thirty Seven Shillings
    to the said Hutton altho the same to do the said William by the said Hutton
    on the afd fifteenth day of Novem.r in the year afd and often afterwards at
    the County afd and within the Jur afd by the afd Hutton he was thereunto
