his Costs and Charges by him about his Suit in that part apposed to four pounds Fourteen Shillings Currant mony of
of Maryland and for those Costs and Charges to Six pounds of tobacco &.c

       Therefore it is Considered that the afd that the afd William MccClemmey Recover against the afd Joseph
MccClester his damages afd as by the Inquisition afd above appears as also Six hundred and Seven
                                   pounds of tobacco for his Costs and Charges by him about his Suit in that part apposed
to the Same William at his Request adju by the Court here ^of Encrease^ adjudged which Certain damages Damages in the
whole do amount to Four pounds Fourteen Shillings Currt mony of Maryland and Six hundred & thirty four
pounds of tobacco and the afd defend.t in mercy &c

                                                   Brent Nuttall Late of Somerset County planter was
attached to answer unto John Wootten of a plea of trespass upon the Case &c
And whereupon the Same John Wootten by Levin Gale his attorney Complains that Whereas the aforesaid
Brent Nuttall the Second day of november ann.o Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty at Somerset
County within the Jurisdiction of this Court was Indebted unto the SAme John in the Sum of five pounds
and Eleven pence Farthing Currant money as by an account thereof hereunto annexed ^and here into Court brought^ may appear
and so thereof being Indebted the Said Brent in Consideration thereof afterwards to witt the Same day
and year aforesaid at the County aforesaid and within the afd Jurisdiction upon himselfe assumed and to
the Said John then and there faithfully did promise that when afterwards he Should be thereto requested
he the afd Sum of five pounds and Eleven pence farthing to the Same John Would well and faithfully
Content and pay  Nevertheless the Said Brent his promise and assumption afd in form afd made Little
Regarding but plotting and fraudulently Intending him the Same John in that part Craftilly and Subtilly to
defraud and deceive he the Said Brent the aforesaid Sum of Five pounds Eleven pence farthing Currant
money nor any part thereof to the Same John hath paid or him for it in any wise Contented altho the
Said Brent afterwards to witt the Same day and Year afd at the County afd and within the afd Jurisdiction
was thereto requested but the Same John but the Same Brent the Same to do hath refused and Still
doth Refuse whereby the Same John Says he is worse and hath damage to the value of ten pounds one
