And the afd James Rownd by George Dashiell his attorney Comes and defends the force and Injury when &.c and prays Leave
thereof to Imparle hereunto untill the next Court and he hath it and the Same is Given to the plft here also &c

       Att which Said next Court to witt the nineteenth day of August Anno Dom One thousand seven hundred & twenty Nine Came
againe as well the afd Isajah Bredall as the afd James Rownd by their attorneys afd and whereupon the said James Rownd
prayed further Leave thereof to Imparle hereunto untill the next Court and he had it & the Same day is Given to the
afd Isajah here also &c

             Att which Said next Court to witt the Eighteenth day of November anno Dom One thousand Seven Hundred and &
twenty Nine Came againe as well the aforesaid Isajah Bredall as the aforesaid James Rownd by their attorneys aforesaid and
whereupon the afd James Rownd prayed further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill the next Court & he had and the
Same day is Given to the afd plft here also &c

          Att which Said Next Court to witt the Eighteenth day of march anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred and twenty Nine
Came againe as well the afd Isaiah Bredall as the afd James Rownd by their attorneys afd and whereupon the Said James
Rownd prayed further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill the Next Court and he had it and the Same day is Given unto
the afd plft here also &c

             Att which Said next Court to witt the Sixteenth day of June ann.o Dom One thousand Seven hundred & thirty
Came againe as well the afd Isaiah Bredall as the afd James Rownd by their attorneys afd and whereupon the Said James
Rownd prayed further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill the Next Court and he had it and the Same day is Given unto
the afd plft here also &c

             Att which Said next Court to witt the eighteenth day of August Anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty Came again
as well the aforesaid Isaiah Bredall as the afd James Rownd by their attorneys afd and the Same attorney of the said James
Saith that he is not Informed by the Same James his Clyant of my answer for him the Same James in the plea afd to be
Given and nothing Els thereof Says by which the Same plft Remaineth against the afd deft thereof wholly undefended
by which the Same Isaiah his damages by occasion of the nonperformance of the promisses and assumption afd
against the afd James Ought to Recover but because it is unknown what damages the Same Isaiah hath Sustained
by Occasion of the non performance of the promise and assumption afd  Command is Given to the Sher of Somerset
County that by the Oath of Honest and Lawfull men of his Bailywick or County he Diligently Enquire what damages
the Said Isaiah hath Sustained as well by Occasion of the nonperformance of the promise and assumption afd as for
his Costs and Charges by him about his Suit in that part apposed and the Inquisition which thereof taken the Sher
make appear to his Lordships Justices at dividing Creek the in Somerset County the third tuesday of November Next und
he Seal and the Seal of them by whose Oath the Same Inquisition is taken together with his Said Lordships writt to him
thereof directed and the Same day is Given to the afd Isiah here also &c

          Att which Said third tuesday of November to witt the Seventeenth day of the Sixteenth the Seventeenth day of the Same
month one thousand Seven hundred and thirty Came againe the Said Isaiah Bredall by his attorney afd and ^then & there^ offers himselfe
against the Said James Rownd in the plea afd and the afd then Sher of the County afd sends not thereof the writt nor any
thing thereof made   therefore as before Command was to the Same then Sher of the County afd that by the Oath of
Honest and Lawfull men of hs Bailywick or County he diligently Enquire what damages the afd Isaiah hath Sustained
as well by Occasion of the non performance of the promise and assumption afd as for his Costs and charges by him about
his Suit in that part apposed and the Inquisition which thereof taken the Sher make appear to the Justices of
his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of march next under his Seal
and the Seals of them by whos Oath the Same Inquisition is taken together with his Said Lordships writt thereof to
him directed and the Same day is Given to the afd Isaiah here also &c

             Att which Said third tuesday of march to witt the Sixteenth day of the Same month anno Dom one thousand Seven
hundred and thirty Came againe the Said Isaiah Bredall by his attorney afd and then & there offers himselfe agt
the Said James Rownd in the plea afd and the afd then Sher of the afd County of Somerset sends not thereof the
writt nor any thing thereof makes thereof as before Command was to the Sher of the County afd that by
