Said William Planner, William Fasit John Smith William Stoughton and John Caldwell Gentm pursuant to the
dedimus to them directed administred the Severall Oaths appointed by act of assembly to the Government to be taken
with the Oath of ^a^ Justice to Samuel Hopkins, John Handy James Dashiell, John Scott, James Martin & William Lane
who Severally take the Same and Subscribe the Oath of abjuration & test and take their places & thereupon afterwards
the Same Samuel Hokins John Handy James Dashiell, John Scott James Martin and William Lane administred
the Same Oaths to William Planner William Fasitt, John Smith William Stoughton & John Caldwell who
takes the Same and Severally Subscrie the Oath of abjuration & test and take their places as followeth vizt

             Proclamation being made in Common Form and the Sher of Somerset County to witt John Purnall
Gent.m makes Return of the pannell of the Orphan Jury as Followeth Viz.t Nicholas Fountain, James Rownd, Capell
King, John Onorton, William Jones Goose Creek, Francis Crowder, Robert Givans, Isaiah Bredall, John Disharoon
James Lindow, George Bozman Jun.r John Tull Samuel Alexander Edward Beachamp, John Brittingham, William
Bowler Teague Riggin Benj.a Holland George Benston, Thomas Hoolbrook, Bruffe Broughton, John Townsend
and Isaac Coston whereupon proclamation being made ^again^ in Common form and the Jurors afd so as aforesaid being
Impannelled and Severally Called Over do appear as above and are Sworn and Charged and Sent Out to Consider
soon after the Jurors afd being Impannelled sworn and Charged as aforesaid return hereinto Court and being Severally
Called over appear and being asked if they had made any presentments Return the following presentments against
against Joseph Venables and John Tull thereupon the Jurors afd are discharged &c

            petn
     To the worshipfull Justices of Somerset County the petition of William Beckingham
humbly Sheweth
                          that Your petitioner being Practitioner of the Law in the Superiour
                      Courts of this province desires he may be admitted as Such in this Court on Qualifying himselfe
according to Law   and he will pray                                 Wil Beckingham

             Whereupon the petition afd being Read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon
had wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that the afd William Beckingham be admitted One of
the attorneys of this Court as by the petitioner aforesaid is praid he first takeing the Severall oaths appointed
by act of assembly to be taken to the Government with the Oath of an attorney and Subscribe the oath
of abjuration and test      Thereupon the Said William Beckingham takes the Severall Oaths ^appointed^ to the Governm.t
to be taken with the Oath of an attorney and Subscribed the Oath abjuration and test &.c

Lawrence Evans Son of                     Evans dec.d an orphan is bound by the Court of his Own Consent
unto Edward Evans untill the arrives at the age of twenty one Years he being Seventeen
Years of age the Sixteenth day of July next the Said apprentice to Serve his Said Master
                   faithfully and honestly every where during the ^full^ term afd during which time the Said Master
undertakes to Educate and bring up or Cause to be educated and brought up his Said apprentice in the trade
of a Cordwainer and to Read and write well and at the Expiration of his Servitude Give his Said apprentice
a yo^u^ng mare of two Years Old a Set of Shoemakers Tooles and a new Suit of Cloaths &c

    Whereupon it is Ordered by the Court here that the afd Edward Evans Give Recognizance with one
                                                                                                                                           Security
