Ordered by the Court that Lazarus Maddox pay or Cause to be paid unto Eliz.a Tull two hundred and forty pounds of
tobacco for her attendance eight days as an Evidence for the Said Lazarus Maddox against John Williamson she having
made Oath to the Same &c

Ordered by the Court here that Samuel Adams pay unto William Russell sixty pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his
attendance two days as an Evidence on behalfe of the Said Samuel Adams against William Horsey he having made
Oath to the Same &c

Ordered by the Court here that Philip Quinton pray or Cause to be paid unto William Holland ^John Lamberson^ and Nathaniel
Brittingham the Sum of One hundred & Eighty pounds of tobacco Each being due unto them for their attendance
