                                                                       Personally appeared before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships
Justices of the County of Somerset the above Named William Turvill and Elias Evans and made Oath upon the holy
evangelist of Allmighty God that the above Account as it Stands Stated is Just and True and that they
nor Either of them hath reced any pte or pcell of the Same more than Creditt Given nor any body for
them and that the Said Humphry Huay hath not any account against them or Either of them to
Discount against the above Ball of six pounds fifteen shillings & Eleven pence
                                                                                     Sworn before me William Fasitt

                                  A Copy of the foregoeing declaration and account were made and Sent to be Left at the Last
    place of the above of the defend.t

                         Att which Said third tuesday of March to witt the Sixteenth day of the Same Month anno Dom one
thousand Seven hundred and thirty being the day of the return of the Said Writt Cometh the Said William Turvill &
and Elias Evans by their attorney aforesaid and the Sher of Somerset County to whom the foregoeing writt was
directed Likewise Cometh and maketh return thereof to ye Court here Endorsed in these words following vizt
                                                                                   Non est Inventus declaration Left P John Purnall Sher
    Whereupon the said William Turvill & Elias Evins by their attorney afd Pray that for as much
    as they have Complyed with the Laws in order to an attachment they may have Judgment against
    the said Humphry Huay for their damages afd by way of attachment according to act of assembly
    &.c  whereupon for that it seems to the Court here that the Said William Turvill & Elias Evins
    have Complyed with the Law as alledged

                   Therefore it is Considered by the Court here that the afd William Turvill and Elias Evans Recover
against the aforesaid Humphry Huay Six pounds fifteen Shillings and Eleven pence Curr.t mony their damages
by Occasion of the premisses afd and all costs and Charges by the Said plfts Laid Out and Expended about
his Suit by way of attachment against the goods Chattells Rights or Creditts of the Said Humphry Huay

Tunstall and made oath upon

God that the above account
is Just and True and that he Hath Received no part nor parcell of the Same nor anything
in satisfaction    Sworn before me                                                                        Jno Scott

Somerset ss   It being made appear to me John Scott One of his Lordships Justices of Somrset
County (ye peace to keep assigned) that George Martin Late of Somerset County Merch.t is
actually Runaway and has or is about to remove his Effects out of this County to Deceive his
Creditors You are hereby required to Issue an attachment on behalf of the said John Tunstall
for fifty two pounds five Shillings and four pence Curr.t money as p acct provided with the
Incident Costs and Charges according to the form of the Act of Assembly in Such Case Lately
made and provided and for your so doing this shall be your warrant as wittness my hand
