and Seal this twenty Second day of March Ann Dom one thousand seven hundred and
thirty
                         Pursuant to an act of assembly of this province now in force and by virtue of the aforesaid
       Warrent was Issued the following attachment vizt

Somersett   Charles absolute Lord and Proprietary of the Provinces of maryland and avalon Lord Baron of
       Baltemore &.c  To the Sher of Somerset County Greeting we Command You that You attach any the Goods
       Chattles rights or Creditts of George Martin Late of Somerset County Merchant if they shall
       be found in your bailywick to the value of fifty two pounds five Shillings and four
       pence Currant money and one thousand pounds of Tobacco and when you have the same
       attached or any part thereof the same in your Costody Safe keep so that you have the
       same before Our Justices of Our County Court of Somerset to be held at Dividing Creek the third
       tuesday of March Next then and there to be Condemned according to act of assembly to
       and for the use of a Certain John Tunstall unless the said George Martin by himself
       or his Attorney shall shall appear and answer unto the Said John Tunstall in a plea of
       trespass upon the Case &c  According to Law and that by Good and Lawfull men of
       your bailywick you make known unto the person or persons in whose hands you
       make the same attachment that he she or they be and appear before our Justices
       of Our County Court to be held as afd to Shew Cause if any he she or they have why
       the Same Goods Chattells rights or Creditts so attached in his her or their hands ought
       not to be Condemned and Execution thereof had and made According to Act of Assembly
       in Such Case made and provided if to him her or them it shall seem meet and how you
       Shall Execute this writt that you make known unto our said Justices at the day
       and place afd and have you then and there this writt wittness William Planner
       Gent one of Our Justices of our said Court the twenty forth day of Novemb.r in the
       sixteenth year of our Dominion &.c  Ann Dom one thousand seven hundred and
       thirty
                                    Att which said third tuesday of March to witt the Sixteenth day of the Same month
       anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty being the day of the Return of the Said Writt Cometh the Said
       John Tunstall by Levin Gale his attorney and the Sher of Somerset County to whom the foregoeing writt was
       directed Likewise Cometh and maketh Return thereof to the Court here Endorsed vizt   By Vertue of the within
       writt to me directed I have attached as the Goods and Chattells of the within Named George Martin to the
       value of fifty two pounds five ^shills^ and four pence Curr.t money and One thousand pounds of tobacco
       in the hands of Heber Whittingham and Likewise in the hands of John Tunstall twenty five pounds
       Currant mony and by Hugh Porter and John Doe honest and Lawfull men of my bailywick I have
       made Known to the Said Heber Whittingham and John Tunstall that they be and appear at
       the time and place within Contained to Shew Cause &.c as by the within Writt I am Commanded so answers

       Whereupon the Said John Tunstall by his attorney aforesaid prays that the afd sum of
       twenty five pounds Cur money so as afd attached in his hands ^as^ of the Rights and Creditts of the said Geo
       Martin may be Condemned in his hands towards Satisfying unto him the afd sum of fifty two pounds five
       Shillings and four pence Currant Money and one thousand pounds of tobacco as also all Costs accrewing
       upon ye writt of attachment aforesaid
       Therefore it is Considered by the afd Court here that the aforesaid Sum of twenty five pounds Currant mony
       so as afd attached as of ye Rights and Creditts of the Said George Martin may be Condemned in the hands
       of the Said John Tunstall towards Satisfying unto him the afd Sum of fifty two pounds five Shillings &
       four pence Curr mony & one thousand pounds of tobacco & all Costs accrewing upon the writt of attachm.t
       afd thereupon the afd Heber Whittingham Gar as afd appears & Imparles till next Court &c
