makes Return thereof to the Court here Endorsed in these words following vizt  By vertue of the within
attachment to me derected Ive attached of the goods and Chattles of the within Named Owen Owens
in the hands of John Dennis Sen.r one mare appraised to ^one pound^ tenn Shillings To one table in the hands of
the same Sixteen Shillings in the Hands of William Holland Seventeen Shillings in the
hands of ye Rev.d M.r Fletcher Eleven Shillings M.r Isaac Morris Six Shillings in the hands
of Lazarus Davis Six Shillings & Eight pence Edward Hough five Shillings amounting
in the Whole to the sum of four pounds Eleven Shillings and Eight pence and have
given Notice to the said Gar before Hutton Hill and John Dennis Jun.r Good &.c
that they be and appear at the time and place within Contained to Shew &.c

Whereupon the Aforesaid John Dennis Sen.r in his Own proper person appears and prays that the
aforesaid Sums so as aforesaid attached in the hands of the Same John Dennis, William Holland, Thomas
Fletcher, Isaac Morris, Lazarus Davis, and Edmond Hough as of the Rights and Creditts of the Said
Owen Owens may be Condemned in the hands of the Said John Dennis, William Holland, Thomas
Fletcher, Isaac Morris, Lazarus Davis and Edmond Hough towards Satisfying unto the Said
John Dennis the Said Sum of Six pounds two Shillings & four pence Curr.t mony and two hundred &
fifty pounds of tobacco as also all Costs accrewing upon the writt of attachm.t afd   whereupon
the afd William Holland Thomas Fletcher, Isaac Morris, Lazarus Davis and Edmond Hought being
Solemnly Called Came not but makes default &c

       Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here that the afd mare of the Value of One pound tenn
Shillings and table of the Value of Sixteen Shillings of the Value of so as afd attached be Condemned
in the hands of the Said John Dennis as of the Rights and Creditts of the Said Owen Owens towards
Satisfying unto the Said John Dennis as well the afd Sum of Six pounds two Shillings and four
pence Curr.t mony and two hundred and fifty pounds of tobacco as also all Costs accrewing upon
the writt of attachm.t afd &a

                Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here that the afd Sum of Seventeen Shillings attached in the hands
of William Holland be Condemned as of the Rights and Creditts of the Said Owen Owens towards
Satisfying unto the Said John Dennis as well the afd Sum of Six pounds two Shillings and four
pence Curr.t mony and two hundred and fifty pounds of tobacco as also all Costs accrewing upon the
writt of attachment afd and that the afd John Dennis have thereof his Execution against the afd William
Holland according to act of assembly &c

          Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here that the Said Sum of Eleven Shillings so as aforesaid
attached be condemned in the hands of the aforesaid Thomas Fletcher as of the Rights and Creditts of the
Said Owen Owens towards Satisfying unto the Said John Dennis as well the Sum of Six pounds two
Shillings and four pence Curr.t mony and two hundred and fifty pounds of tobacco as also all Costs
accrewing upon the writt of attachment afd and that the Said John Dennis have thereof his Execution
against the Said Thomas Fletcher according to act of assembly &a

                Therefore it is Considered that the Said Sum of Six Shillings so as afd attached be Condemned in the hands of
the Said Isaac Morris as of the Rights and Creditts of the Said Owen Owens towards Satisfying unto the Said
John Dennis as well the afd Sum of Two pounds two Shillings and four pence Currant money and two hundred
and fifty pounds of tobacco as also al Costs accrewing upon the writt of attachment afd & that the Said Jno Dennis
have thereof his Exn against the Said Isaac Morris &c
