6 said Levin Gale for the said Lord Proprietary prays advisement of the Court herein the premisses and that due process of Law may Issue &c Levin Gale P Dom Propriry Thereupon Command was given to the sher of Somerset County that he should take the Said David Dredon if &c to Answer &c And afterwards in the Same Court Came the Said David Dredon in his proper person and he hath a hearing of the Information afd and thereupon being demanded here he would acquitt himselfe of the premisses afd above upon him Imposed Says that of the premisses afd above upon him Imposed he is Guilty thereof and is willing to pay his fine for the fact afd Therefore it is Considered by the Court here that the aforesaid David Dredon pay unto his said Lordship the Lord Proprietary for his fine by the Court here upon him Imposed for and by Occasion of the premises aforesaid whereof in form aforesaid he is Convict thirty Shillings Currant Money and that the said David Dredon be taken to Satisfie his Said Lordship of the fine aforesaid and further it is ordered by the Court here that the afd David Dredon give Security for the payment of the Severall Officers their fees due by occasion of the premisses afd thereupon a Certain John Dennis Junr present here in Court undertakes for the Said David Dredon to pay the Severall Officers their fees due as aforesaid &c
of this Court with force and Armes &.c in and upon a Certain Stephen Winwright ^Stephen Winwright^ the peace of God and the Lord Proprietary then and there being an assault did make and him did beat wound evill Entreat so that of his Life it was despaired and Other harmes to him then and there did doe to his great damage and against the peace of the Right honrble the Lord Proprietary his Good rule and government whereof the same Levin for the said Lord Proprietary prays advisement of the Court in &c Levin Gale P Dom Prop.r Thereupon Command was Given to the sher of Somerset County that he should take the said Isaac Atkinson if &.c to answer &.c and afterwards in the Same Court Came the Said Isaac Atkinson in his proper person and hath a hearing of the Information afd and thereupon the said Isaac Atkinson is demanded how he would acquitt himselfe of the premisses afd above upon him Imposed says that of the premisses afd he is Guilty thereof and is willing to pay his fine for the fact afd Therefore it is Considered by the Court here that the aforesaid Isaac Atkinson pay unto his said Lordship the Lord proprietary for his fine by the Court here upon him Imposed for & by Occasion of the trespass and assault afd whereof in form afd he is Convict One hundred pounds of tobacco and that the said Isaac Atkinson be taken to Satisfie his said Lordship of the fine aforesaid thereupon the said Isaac Atkinson is discharged paying the Severall Officers their fees due by Occasion of ye Premisses afd
and be informed that ^Stephen Winwright^ Isaac Atkinson late of Somerset County planter the Ninteenth day of august Seventeen hundred and thirty at Somerset County within the Jurisdiction of this Court with force and &.c in and upon a Certain Stephen Winwright ^Isaac Atkinson^ in the Peace of God and the Lord Proprietary then and there being an assault did make and him the Said ^Isaac^ Stephen did beat wound and Evilly Entreat so that of his Life it was despaired |
