55 held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of June next to answer unto Such matters and things as Shall be then and there Objected against him by the afd John Riggin and to Stand and abide the Judgm.t of the Court thereupon and do not depart the Court without Lycence thereof and in the mean time to be of the Good behaviour to all his Lordships Good people and more Especially to the Said John Riggin &c then the above Recognizance to be void otherwise &c
Court to Give new Security for his Good behaviour and appearance at June Court next &c Thereupon the aforesaid John Riggin with James Townsend of Somerset County planter his Security both present herein Court in their proper persons and acknowledged themselves to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto his Said Lordship the Right honrble the Lord proprietary In ten pounds Sterling Each of their Goods and Chattells Lands and tenements seperately to be made and Levied ^to the use of his Lordship his heirs & Successors^ if default be made in the Condition hereunder written The Condition of the above Recognizance is Such that if the above bounden John Riggin do and Shall make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of June next to answer unto his Lordship Concerning Such matters and things as Shall be then and there objected against him on his Lordships behalfe and to Stand and abide the Judgmt of the Court thereupon and do not depart the Court with Lycence thereof and in the meantime to be of the good behaviour to all his Lordships Good people and more Especially towards the Said Samuel Riggin &.c then the above recognizance to be void and of None Effect otherwise &c
Thereupon Command was given to the Sher of Somerset County that he should take the Said Rachell Hull if &.c to answer &.c and afterwards in the Same Court Came the Said Rachell Hull in her proper person and being Instantly demanded how She would acquitt herselfe of the premisses afd says that She is Guilty thereof & makes Oath that a Certain Patrick Connelly is the begetter of the Child She Stands presented for and is willing to pay her fine for the fact afd Therefore it is Considered that the aforesaid Rachell Hull pay to his Lordship the Lord proprietary thirty Shillings for her fine by Occasion of the premisses upon her Imposed and that the said Rachell be taken to Satisfie his Said Lordship of the fine aforesaid and further it is ordered by the Court here that the afd Rachell Give Security for the payment of the Severall Officers their fees due by Occasion of the premisses afd thereupon a Certain John White of Pocomoke present herein Court undertakes for the Said Rachell to pay the Sevall Officers fees due by Occasion of the premisses afd &c
