it was thus endorsed vizt Ignoramus Charles Rocklife foreman

    whereupon the Said Rebecca Blackston present herein Court is discharged from her Recognizance entered into
for her appearance At this Court to answer &c

                   Likewise the Said Rebecca Blockston is ordered to Give Security to pay the Severall Officers
their fees due by occasion of the premisses afd thereupon a Certain John Owens of Somerset County planter
present herein Court in his proper person undertakes for to pay the Severall Officers their fees due by
Occasion of the premisses aforesaid if the Said Rebecca Blockston doth not pay the Same &c

John Shehon, Susannah Joyce and Sarah Lingoe being bound by Recognizance for their appearance
at this Court to Give Evidence against the aforesaid Rebecca Blockston & are discharged by the Court therefrom

and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &.c  To John Gale James Weatherly
Thomas Humphrys and Joseph Wailes all of Somrset County Gent.m Greeting
    know ye that we have appointed you or any three or two of you to be our Commissioners to Examine
    Evidences on behalf of a Certain John Huett Nutter of the County af.d in Relation to the bounds of
    two tracts of Land Lying in the County aforesaid one Called Shiles Choice the Bounds thereof depends
    upon a tract of Land Called Morison Lott we therefore require you or any three or two of you
    at some time and place as to you or any three or two of you shall seem Convenient you meet on
    the afd Lands Called Shiles Choyce and Morrises Lott you first having taken your Oaths on the
    Holy Evangelist of Almighty god According to Act of assembly in such Case made and provided
    and there Cause to Come before you or any three or two of you all Such Evidences as Shall be
    to you or any three or two of you Nominated by the said Complainant or Def.t if any and that
    you or any three or two of you Examine them upon their Corporall Oaths to be by or any three or
    two of you Administred on the holy Evangelist of almighty god in the presents of the Complainant
    (or deft if any) touching the truth or remembrances of their knowledge or any thing
    that may relate to the Cause af.d and that reduceing the Severall depositions unto Writing you
    send the same together with this our Commission under your or any three or two of your hands to us
    to our County Court of Somrset with all Convenient speed Wittness William Planner Gent.m one
    of our Justices of our s.d Court y.e twenty fourth day of Novem.r in the Sixtenth Yeare of Our Dominion
    &.c Anno Dom One thousand seven hundred and thirty       One the backside of the foregoing
    Commission it was Endorsed and Likewise to the same Commission it was Annexed as followeth
    viz.t      Decem.r the 17.th 1730   Came Before me John Handy one of his L.dShips
    Justices of the peace for somrset the within Mentioned James Watherly and Thomas
    Humphris and was Sworn on the Holy Evangelist of allmighty god to Execute the within
    Commission According to an Act of Assembly In such Case made and provided

    Maryland Somerset County ss  Feberwary y.e 2.d day 1731
       These are to Certify y.t we the Subscribers by vertue of his L.dships Commission to us directed
    from his L.dships Justices of Said County to Examine Evidences to the bounders of a tract of
    Land called Shilles Choice the bounds thereof depends upon a tract of Land Called Morrises
    Lott which said tract of Land is in the possesion of John Huett Nutter of Said County att
    whose Prayer and Commission Isued bearing date y.e twenty fourth of Novemb.r seventeen
    hundred and thirty According to Act of Assembly we sett up our Notifications under our hands
    at Stepney Parish Church and other bublick places about thirty days before we mett on said
    Land and appointed by said Notifications to meet on s.d land the second day of Febury 1731
    Accordingly meet on said day and having sommonsed W.m Piper, Ann Nutter and mary such
    for Evidences and no Contending party appearing or to appear that we heard of we did proceed
    and being brought by y.e above Evidences to a white oack Stump standing one the south
    side of Morumsco Creek Creek one a point by a Gulley a little below the horse bridge
    by y.r depositions hereunto Anexed   Somerset County Stepney Parish febury y.e s.d 2 day 1731
    W.m Piper aged forty years being sworn on the holy Evangelist of Allmighty God &
