Ordered by the Court that William Fasitt Jun.r deliver up unto John Clark his two Children viz.t
Rachel Clark and William Clark (that he detains in his Service) without any further Molestation
on hindrance whatsoever &c

          To the Right Worshipfull the Justices of Somerset County Now Setting the Humble
          petition of Jn.o Godard Sheweth
              That your humble petitioner having Committed to his Care a Certain Orphan Named
    Geo Booth son of John Booth deceased which orphan has appertaining unto him ye said Orphan a Certain  
    parcell of Land Called Change Lying and being in Somrset County in Bennits Neck which Land by
    heirship appertains to the af.d orphan and Daniel Booth Unckel to the said orphan Doth Intend fraudulently
and unnaturally to deprive the Said Orphan of the Said tract of Land for the Use of a Certain Joy Hobbs
which if your worships be pleased to your humble petitioner will be in duty bound to pray
for your worships and your worships Posterity

             the petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood a mature deliberation thereupon
had   Wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that a Commission Issue to the afd John Goddard
as by the petition aforesaid is praid and that George Dashiell, Thomas Gillis Edward North &
William Keeble ^of Somerset County Gent^ be Commissioners and Execute the SAme commission according to act of assembly in
Such Case made and provided &c

           To the worshipfull the Justices of Somerset County court now in Court Sitting
the petition of William Swillivan Guardian of Benjamin Mitchel Humbly
Sheweth that whereas your worships has appointed me Guardian of the aforesaid Benjamin
Mitchell and a Certain William Rainds decd by his Last will and testament Left unto the aforesaid
Benjamin a tract of Land Lying on Wickacomoco Creek called Toneys Vineyard and the bounders
thereof are known but to a few and these aged and infirm I humbly pray your Worships to appoint
and nominate Commissioners to ascertain the bounders of the Said tract of Land and Your petitioner
as in duty bound Shall ever pray                                            his

    The petition aforesaid being Read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had

             Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that a Commission Issue to the aforesaid Willm

Archibald Greer

          To the Worshipfull Justices of Somerset County in Court Sitting the humble
petition of Archibald Greer administrator of the Estate of Geo.e Baines late of this County
    deceased Humbly Sheweth                                        That Whereas the af.d Geo.e Baines and his wife Ann both
    Lately deceased Have Left Behind them four Children two of which Children by the Consent of the Nearest
    Relations of the said Children were Caried out of this County to Sessex County and Committed to the Care of
    their Grandmother Ann Sanders now att this present Court and the other two are in the Custody of the
    two Sisters of the said Geo.e Baines Mary the wife of your Petitioner and Ann the wife of Alexander Benston
    now your petitioner Humbly Beggs ye Worships order how the said four orphans Children shall be
    disposed and take Care of and your Petitioner as in duty Bound Shall Ever pray

             The petition aforesaid Read and heard and fully understood  Wherefore it is Considered that Mary Baines orphan of
    George Baines Continue under the Care & tuition of Mary Greer wife of the afd Archibald Greer (and that William
