1730 50 Saint martins Called north Benflitt 400 acres and your petitioner Shall as in duty bound ever pray Thomas Purnall The petition afd being Read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had wherefore It is Considered by the Justices here that a Commission Issue to the aforesaid Thomas Purnall as by the petition afd is praid and that William Lane, James Martin, Nathaniel Hopkins Sen.r and Adam Spence Jun.r of Somerset County Gent be commissioners and Execute the Same Commission according to act of assembly in Such Case made & provided
of ye ^said^ Edward Clarke both Real and personall and that The Said John Tull Give Security for to Comply with the Laws and orders in Relation to the Guardians &c Whereupon the Said John Tull with Davis Johnson his Security both present here in Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto the aforesaid Edward Clark in the Sum of One hundred pounds Ster Each of their goods and Chattells Lands and tenements for the Use of the Said Edward Clark his heirs and assignes Seperately to be made and Levied if default be made in the Condition hereunder Written The Condition of the above Recognizance is Such that if the above bounden John Tull do and Shall well and truely comply with the Laws and orders in Relation to the Guarden Ship aforesaid and Likewise deliver up unto unto the Said Edward Clark all his Estate that he Shall have in his hands both Reall & personall peaceably & Quietly when he Shall arrive at full age to Receive the Same &c then the above Recognizance to be void otherwise &c
&.c whereupon the aforesaid Adam Spence Jun.r is ordered by the Court to take in^to^ his Care and possession all the Estate of the aforesaid Ann Vigorous both Real and personall and further it is ordered by the Court that the aforesaid Adam Spence Jun.r Give Recognizance with One Security for to Comply with the Guardian Ship afd Whereupon the aforesaid Adam Spence Junr with Richard Tull his Security both present here in Court acknowledged themselves to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto the Said Ann Vigorous in the Sum of fifty pounds Ster Each on their Goods and Chattells Lands or tenant tenements for the Use of the Said Ann Vigerous her heirs or assignes to be made and Levied if default be made in the Condition hereunder written The Condition of the above Recognizance Is Such that if the above bounden Adam Spence Jun.r do and Shall well and truely Comply with the Laws in Relation to Guardians and Likewise deliver up unto the Said Ann Vigerous all her Estate both Reall and personall that he Shall have in his hands peaceably ^& quietly^ when She shall arrive at full age to Receive the Same &.c then the above Obligation to be Void and None Effect otherwise to remain in full force and vertue &c |
