1730 50 Servitude in the trade of a Cooper and ^Give him^ a years Schooling and Likewise find and provide for his Said apprentice Sufficient meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing for Such an apprentice to have & wear during his Servitude afd Then the above Recognizance to be void and of none Effect otherwise to remain &c
River of monokin and on the Eastermost side of the said Creek and that the Estermost side of the mouth of the said Creek is much altered by the many gusts and Stormes that have frequently hapned since the taking up of the said Tract of Land and there being but few of the first Settlers of this County now Living who can testifie their knowledge of the bounders of the said Land and they very Antent Wherefore your Petitoner humbly prays that your worships will Grant a Commission to Four of the Inhabitants of this County being free holders to Examine Evidences to perpetuate the bounds of the said Tract of Land called Morancassett According to Act of Assembly of this Province in that case made & provided and your Petitioner will Ever pray &.c William Bozman The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had Where^fore^ it was Considered by the Justices here that a Commission Issue to the aforesaid William Bozman as by the petition aforesaid is praid and that Thomas Dashiell, James Mccmorie, William MccClamey and Robert Jones all of Somerset County Gentleman be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission according to Law &c
a peice of Land Lying in Said County of Somerset on Gooss Creek called Chance the boundarys of which are old and in some measure decayed and in time may prove very uncertain if not perpetuated therefore pray that a Commission may Issue to Such persons as your worship's shall think fitt to Examine Evidences according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided touching the premisses in relation to Said Boundarys or to Examine Evidences touching the Boundarys of any adjacent Lands that may give a further demonstration or Light in the Same and your petitioner as in duty bound Shall pray W.m Jones The petition aforesaid being Read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that a Commission Issue to the afd W.m Jones as by the petition aforesaid is praid and that Robert King Thomas Gillis Thomas Brown and Philip Covington all of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and execute ye Same Commission according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &c
to Examine evidences to the bounds of three tracts of Land on the Sea Side viz.t Smiths Choice of 700 acres unity of 300 acres and Chance 300 acres they all being Contiguous and their first bounders in ^one^ Spott of Ground as also to appoint Commissioners to Examine Evidences in Relation to the bounds of a tract of Land at Saint |
