          Morris, Alexander Gordon, Dunkin Murray & John Huet Nutter so as aforesaid presented it is ordered that Capias
Issue returnable to next Court &c


Henry Miles
      Petn
     To the worshipfull bench of Justices now sitting for the County of Somerset     The humble petition of
Henry Miles Humbly Sheweth               That your petitioner being very much agrieved by a Small Space
    od Road Lending thro the middle of his plantation doth humbly Crave the favour of your worships to Grant an
order to your petitioner to alter the Course of the Said Road about the Space of two Hundred Yards which will be
of Great Benefitt to your petitioner and noe ways hurtfull to either Neighbours or passengers as may be more
clearly demonstrated by the worshipfull Maj.r William Planner than is here prescribed and also to prevent all
manner of danger that might ensue your humble petitioner doth Oblige himselfe to Clear and ditch a new Road
which Shall be as Convenient both to neighbours and passengers as the one now in Use or may be thought fitt by
Mr Thomas Dixon and Mr Thomas Williams or any Other Judicious neighbours Sensible of the Oppression of your
Humble petitioner who is duty bound to pray for the well fare and safe Conduct of your worships

       The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood & mature deliberation thereupon hand
wherefore it is Considered by the Court that the aforesaid Henry Miles have Liberty to turn the Road as by the
petition aforesaid is praid he first making the new Road Good and passable as the old and that the afd
new Road be made according to the direction of Messrs Thomas Dixon and Thomas Williams and they to make
their Report at next Court &c

    John Collings Constable of Baltemore hundred in the Stead of David Johnson for the Ensuing Year who
being present herein Court took ye Oath of a Constable &.c and is admitted &c


Isaac Coston
     Petn
          To the Right worshipfull the Justices of Somerset now Sitting the humble petition of
Isaac Coston     Sheweth                        That your petitioner meekly Requests your worships
    that ^he^ may prove a certain Line of marked trees which devides the Land whereon John Harris now lives &
    the tract of Land which John Tull now hes in possession from the tract of Land whereon your humble petinr
    now dwells the bounders being almost decayed   If your worships be pleased to appoint Commissioners for
    that purpose your humble petitioner will be in duty bound to pray for worships and your worships
    prosperity
                                                             The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood
    and mature deliberation thereupon had wherefore it is considered by the Justices here that a Commission
    Issue to the aforesaid Isaac Coston as by the petition aforesaid is praid and that John Scott, Francis Allen
    W.m Handy and W.m Mills of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commissioners
    according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &c


Ezekiell Green
         Petn
          To the worshipfull Justices of Somerset County in Court Setting the humble of Ezekiell
    Green     whereas he hath a Son in Law that is Greviously afflicted with Lameness
and has been the five years so much that he has not done any Service at all hoping
