of One hundred and Eight pounds Six Shillings & four pence Curr.t mony to be paid unto the Said Michael Roach & Sarah Roach their heirs Executors Administrators or assigns to the which payment well and truely to be made & done we bind Our Selves our and either of our heirs executors and adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Joyntly & Severally firmly by these presents Sealed with Our Seals & dated this 18.th day of Novem.r anno Dom 1736 The Condition of the above Obligation is Such that whereas the Commissary Gen.ll hath transmitted into this court the accompt of the Estate of Michael Roach dec.d wherein it is found that there is ballance due to the abovesaid orphans the Sum of fifty four pounds three Shillings and two pence if therefore the abovesaid Sarah Roach, Burr, Owterbridge and francis Porter or any or Either of them or any or Either of their heirs Executors or adm.rs do & Shall well & truely pay or cause to be paid unto the afd orphans the aforesaid Sum of fifty four pounds three Shillings & two pence in equall parts or portions when they shall attain to full age according to act of assembly in Such Case provided &c then the above obligation to be void and of none Effect otherwise to remain in full force & virtue her Sealed & delivered Jn.o Handy Sarah S. dec.d in the full and Just Sum of Forty Four pounds FIfteen Shillings and four pence Currant mony to be paid unto the Said Joseph and Benjamin Hardy their heirs Executors adm.rs or assigns to the which payment well and truely to be made and performed we bind Our Selves our and either of our heirs Executors and administrators for the whole and in the whole Joyntly and Severally firmly by these presents Sealed with Our Seals and dated the 17.th day of November anno Dom 1730 The Condition of the above Obligation is Such that Whereas the Commissary Gen.ll hath transmitted into this Court the accompt of the Estate of James Hardy decd wherein it is found that there is ballance due to the abovesaid Orphans the Sum of twenty two pounds Seven Shillings and Eight pence If therefore the abovesaid James Hardy, Thomas Ackworth and Charles Ackworth or any or Either of them or any or either of their heirs executors or administrators do and Shall well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the aforesaid orphans the aforesaid Sum of twenty two pounds Seven Shillings and Eight pence when they Shall attain at full age according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided and the dec.d William then the above Obligation to be void and of None Effect otherwise to remain in full force and vertue Jam.s Hardy (seal) Sealed & delivered Tho.s Ackworth (seal) In ye presence of Charles Ackworth (seal) Thomas Hayward Jno Dennis Jun.r
