John Merry Robert Mitchell, William Colebourn, Thomas Hearn, Walter Darby John Gray Jun.r George
Benston William Mills and Abraham Smith who being duely Elected tryed and Sworn to Say the truth
in the premises upon their Oath do say that the aforesaid Charles Croson did assume upon himselfe
in manner and form as the aforesaid Ann Cox above against him hath Complained and assessed the
damages of the same Ann beyound her Costs and Charges by her about her [illegible]
apposed to forty three pounds seven shillings and four pence ^halfe penny^ Sterling mony and for these Costs &
Charges to pne pounds of tobacco &.c   but because the Court here their Judgmt of and upon the premises
and verdict ^to render^ not as yett are advised day thereof is Given to the parties aforesaid untill the next
Court of their Judgmt of and upon the premisses & verdict aforesaid to hear for that the Court here
thereof not as yett &c
                                                 Att which said next Court to witt the seventeenth day of November anno
Dom One thousand seven hundred and thirty Came againe the parties aforesaid by their attorneys aforesaid
and upon this all and singular the premisses being seen and by the Justices fully understood &c

       Therefore it is Considered that the aforesaid Ann Cox admrx of the aforesaid Jere.a Cox decd Recover against
the Said Charles Croson her damages aforesaid to forty three pounds Seven shillings and four pence ^halfe penny^ Sterling mony
by the Jurors aforesaid in form aforesaid assessed as also Eight hundred & five                                           pounds
of tobacco to the same Ann Cox at her request for her Costs and Charges afd by the Court hereof Increase adjudged
which Certain damages in the whole do amount to forty three pounds Seven Shillings and four pence ^halfe penny^ Sterling mony
and Eight hundred and five                                                pounds of tobacco and ye afd Charles in mercy &c

       And afterwards the same day and Year Last mentioned Cometh here in Court the aforesaid Charles Croson in
his proper person and as well for his Indemnity as his Security prays that he by the Court here may be Committed
to the prison of the Sher of Somerset County by Occasion of the Judgm.t aforesaid there to remain untill &.c
and ^that^ the Same Security from his being bail afd be discharged &.c   Whereupon the Same Charles present here in Court
at the prayer of the afd plft is COmmitted to the prison of the Sherr afd in Execution for the damages afd
in form aforesaid Recovered thereto remain untill &.c the Said Sher to witt John Purnall by & at by John Dennis Junr
his deputy being present ^here in Court^ took Charge of ye Said Charles accordingly &.c and the Security afd vizt John Donelson
of his recognizance of Bail afd in that part made by the Court here is fully discharged &c

Somerset ss          Command was Given to the Sherr of Somerset County that he Should

take the said Mathew Dogan Late of Somerset County Shipwright if he Should be found in
his bailywick and him Should safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of
       his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of June then next
       to answer unto John Stewart of a plea of trespass upon the Case &.c  and that thereof he Should fail &.c

                   And the said John Stewart by Francis Allen his attorney declared against the Said Mathew Dogan in
       the plea aforesaid as followeth viz.t         Somerset County ss   Mathew Dogan Late of Somerset County
       Shipwright was attached to answer unto John Stewart of a plea of trespass upon the Case &c

                      And whereupon the said John by Francis Allen his attorney Complaines that whereas the said
       Mathew the Eight day of Aprill Ann.o Dom.r seventeen hundred and thirty at Somrset County af.d
       within the Jur of this Court was Indebted unto the Said John in Sixteen pounds Seventeen Shillings and
       ten pence Curr.t Money of Maryland it being as well for Sundry Goods Wares and Merchandizes by the Said John
       to the Said Mathew at the Speciall Instance and request of the Said Mathew before that time there sold and
       Delivered as for Creditts by him Given to Sundry psons as by acc.t hereunto annexed may in Co.t appear
       and so Being so thereof Indebted the Said Mathew in Consideration thereof the day and year af.d at the
