in his lifetime to witt on the af.d thirtieth day of December in the year seventeen hundred and twenty six and often
afterwards and by the aforesd Ann after the decease of the Said Jeremiah to witt on the first day of may Ann.o Dom.r
seventeen hundred and twenty ^nine and^ six and often afterwards at Somrset County aforsaid he was thereunto requested hath not
paid or in any Sort Contented but the same to pay hath refused and the same to the said Ann ^to^ pay still doth refused
and Deny to the damage of the Said Ann of Eighty pounds Sterling money af.d in retarding her in the Admrcon of
the Goods and Chattles af.d &.a  And thereupon the Brings Suite and brings into Cot here her Lett.rs of Admrcon by w.ch &.c

On the backside of the foregoeing account it was thus Endorsed viz.t   Aprill the 26 1726

S.t Marys County ss   Then Came Ann Cox widdow admrx of all and Singular the Goods and Chattells Rights and
Creditts of the within named Jeremiah Cox dec.d before me the Subscriber One of his Lordships Justices assigned
to keep the peace in the County afd and made Oath that the within account is Just and true and that SHe has never
Received any part thereof sworn before me                                             Thomas Aisquith

                   And the aforesaid Charles Croson by Levin Gale his attorney Comes and defends the force and Injury when &.c and prays
Leave thereof Imparle here untill the next Court and he hath it and the Same day is Given to the aforesaid plft here also &c

                      Att which said next Court to witt the Seventeenth day of March anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred and twenty
nine Came againe as well the aforesaid Ann Cox as the aforesaid Charles Croson by their attorneys aforsaid and hereupon the said
Charles Croson prays further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill the next Court ^and he hath it^ and the Same day is given to the aforesaid
plantife here also &c

                      Att which said next Court to witt the ^Six^Eighteenth day of June anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred &
thirty Came againe as well the aforesaid Ann Cox as the aforesaid Charles Croson by their attorneys aforesaid and hereupon
the said Charles Croson prays further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill the next Court and he hath it and the same day is
Given to the aforesaid plantiffe here also &c

                   Att which said next Court to witt the Eighteenth day of august anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred & thirty
came again as well the aforesaid Ann Cox as the aforesaid Charles Croson by their attorneys aforesaid and hereupon
the Said Charles Croson by this Said attorney as before defends the force and Injury when &.c and says that he did not
assume upon himselfe in manner and form as the plft above against him hath Complained and of this he putts himselfe
upon the Country               and the plft in Like manner

                   Thereupon Command is Given to the Sher of Somerset County that Immediately he Cause to Come here twelve
&.c by whom &c who neither &.c to recognize &c because as well &.c of which said preceipt the Said Sher to witt John
Purnall Gent now hereat this day to witt the Same day and Year Last mentioned Comes and makes Return that he
hath here ready twelve &.c as by his Said preceipt he was Commanded and now hereafterwards to witt the same day & Year
Came as well the aforesaid plft as the aforesaid deft by their attorneys aforesaid and the Jurors of that Jury
therein Impannelled being Called Likewise Came to witt William Handy, John Townsend Jun.r William Ennis
