Somerset County in Satisfaction thereof or that he the Said John Caldwell will do it for him   Thereupon the Said
George Maglamory by Thomas Bluett his attorney appears and Imparles till next Court &c

      This being an action of debt for fifty Six pounds Eighteen Shillings and two pence

Currant mony wherein the Sherr of Somerset County to whom the Writt in the Same action
                               was directed Comes and makes Return thereof to the Court here Endorsed vizt
                                                                                                       Cepi Corpus P John Purnall sher

                      Whereupon the aforesaid Anthony West being Called appears and thereupon the Said Anthony West
       at the prayer of the plfts attorney aforesaid is adjudged to give Speciall bail to the action aforesaid

                         Thereupon a Certain Isaac Bell and Joseph Tillman of Somerset County planters present herein
       court in their proper person undertakes for the Said Anthony West that if in Case the Said Ephraim Willson
       Shall recover Judgm.t in the plea aforesaid against the Said Anthony West or that the Said Anthony West
       Shall be therein Convict that then he the Said Anthony West Shall pay the Condemnation of the Court thereupon
       or Render his body to the Custody of the Sher of Somerset ^County^ in satisfaction thereof or that he they the
       Said Isaac Bell find Joseph Tillman will do the Same for him  thereupon the Said Anthony West by Fran:
       Allen his attorney appears and Imparles hereunto untill ye next Court &c

      This being an action of trespass upon the Case &.c  wherein the Sherr of Somerset County
to whom the writt in the Same action was Directed Comes and makes return thereof to the
court here Endorsed vizt  Cepi Corpus P John Purnall sher
                         Whereupon the said Richard Parrimore at the prayer of the plfts attorney is adjudged to Give
       Special bail to the action aforesaid but for want thereof the Said Richard Parrimore is Committed into ye Custody
       of the Sherr of Somerset County thereto remain &.c the Said Sherr to witt John Purnall Gent present herein
       court took Charge of the Said Richard Parrimore accordingly   and afterwards in the Same Court Came a Certain
       Patrick Dayly of Somerset County planter present herein Court undertakes to the Said Richard Parrimore that
       if in Case the Said Christopher Glass Shall recover Judgmt in the plea aforesaid against the the Said Richard
       Parrimore or that the Said Richard Parrimore Shall be therein Convict that then he the Said Richard
       Parrimore Shall pay the Condemnation of the Court thereupon or render his body to the Custody of
       the Sher of Sumerset County in Satisfaction thereof or that he the Said Patrick Daly will do it for
       him thereupon the Said Richard Parrimore In his proper person appears & Imparles till next
       court &c

                                      Forasmuch as Thomas Gordon hath this day made appear to me the
Subscriber One of his Lordships Justices of the peace for the County aforesaid that John Gordon
is Indebted unto him the Sum of forty two pounds Eighteen Shillings and Seven pence &
       One Eighth of a penny and is Runaway from the place of his abode and that the Effects of the said John Gordon are
       Likely to be removed out of this province you are hereby Required to Issue attachment against the Effects of ye said
