       he had made known to the afd John Pepper by Donock Dennis Jun.r and William Stevens honest and Lawfull men of my
       bailywick that he be before his Lordships Justices at the day and place aforesaid to shew &c   as to him within it was
       Commanded   And the aforesaid John Pepper so forewarned and at the same day being Solemned Called Cometh nor but makes
    default &.c      Therefore it is Considered that the aforesaid that the afd Robert Smith adm.r of the aforesaid Archibald
    Smith (who was Executor of the afd Robert Perrie) during the minority of the afd James Smith who was Executor of the afd
    Robert Smith dec.d have his Execution against the afd John Pepper of the debt and damages aforesaid &.c  and also the
  aforesaid Robert Smith according to the form of the Statute in Such Case Lately made and provided Recover against the aforesaid
340   John Pepper three hundred & forty                                      pounds of tobacco for his Costs Charges & Damages which he
Sustained by Occasion of delay of Execution of the debt and damages aforesaid &c

      This being an action of Debt for fifty pounds Currant mony wherein the Sherr of Somerset County to

whom the writt in the Same action was directed Comes and makes Return thereof to the Court here endorsed
                         viz.t Cepi Corpus P John Purnall sher

Whereupon the aforesaid Richard Holland at the prayer of the plft by his attorney is adjudged to give Speciall bail to
the action aforesaid  Thereupon a Certain John Dennis Jun.r of Somerset County Gent present herein Court undertakes for the
Said Richard Holland that if in Case the Said John Holland Shall recover Judgm.t against the aforesaid Richard Holland
in the plea aforesaid or that the Said Richard Holland Shall be therein Convict that then he the Said Richard Holland
Shall pay the Condemnation of the Court thereupon or render his body to the Custody of the Sher of Somerset County in
Satisfaction thereof or that the Said John Dennis Jun.r Will do ye Same for him   Thereupon the said Richard Holland
by James Shirly his attorney appears and Imparles till next Court &c

 This being an action of Trespass upon the Case &.c  wherein the Sher of Somerset County to whom
the writt in the Same action was directed Comes and makes Return thereof to the Court here Endorsed

wherein the Sher of Somerset County to whom the writt in the Same action was directed Comes & makes
Return thereof to ye Court here Endorsed to witt Cepi Corpus P John Purnall sher
                Whereupon the Said George MccGramory at the prayer of ye plft by his attorney is adjudged to Give Speciall Bail to ye
Action aforesaid  Thereupon a Certain John Calwell of Somerset Gentleman present herein Court in his proper person undertakes for
the Said George MccGramory that if in Case the Said Henry Fitzwaters Shall recover Judgmt in the plea aforesaid against
the Said George Maglamory or that the Said George Maglamory Shall be therein Convict that then he the Said George
Maglamory shall pay ye Condemnation of the Court thereupon or Render his body to the Custody of the Sher of
