Right Honourable the Lord Proprietor his Good Rule and Government wherefore the aforesaid
Robt Jenkins Henry prays Advice of the Court and that Due Prosess of Law Ags.t the Said Elias
Beavins May Issue
                               Thereupon Command is Given to the Sher of Somerset County that he
Should take the said Elias Beavins if &c to Answer &c and Afterwards In Manner have
(to Witt) the Twentieth Day of June One thousand seven hundred and thirty three before
his Lordships Justices of the peace County Court of Somerset now Sitting at Dividing Creek
Came the aforesaid Elias Beavans in his Proper Persons and had a hearing of the
Information aforesaid and says he is not thereof Guilty and of this he puts himself upon
the Country and Robt Jenkins Henry Gen.t his Lorps Attorney in Court here who in
that part Likewise followeth   Whereupon the same Elias Beavins Relinquisheth
his Verification afs.d by him above Alledged and says that he Cannot Gainsay but that he
is Guilty of the Trespass and Assault aforesaid   In the Information aforesaid specifed
Above upon him Imposed in Manner and form as but the Information afs.d above
Against him Supposed and the Trespass and Assault aforesa'd   In the Information
aforesaid Expressly Confesseth
                                                  Upon this being seen and by the Court here understood
all and singular the premises it is Considered that the aforesaid Elias Beavins pay to his
said Lordship the Lord propry fifteen pounds of Tobo for his fine for and by Occation of the
Trespass and Assault aforesaid   In the Information Contained aforesaid whereof he is
Convict and that the Said Elias Beavans be taken to satisfye his Said Lordp.s of the
fine afsd the said sher to witt Joshua Caldwell Gent present herein Court took Charg
of the said Elias Beavans accordingly afterwards the sid Elias Beavans is orderd
by the Cort here to Give Security for the payment of the severall officers fees due upon
the Information aforesaid by Reason of the premisses aforesaid  Thereupon a Certain
Richd Knight of Somrst County Planter Present here in Court Undertakes for the said
Elias Beavans to pay the several Officers Fees due upon the Information aforesaid
and by Occation of the premisses aforesaid

Rob.t Jenkins Henry Gentleman who for the Right Hon.rble the Lord
Proprietor of this in this part prosecutes and Gives the said Court to Understand and be
Informed that William Beavans late of Somerset County planter Elias Beavans late of
Somersett County Planter Samuel Baker late of somerset County planter and Samuel Turner
late of Somerset County planter on the Twentieth Day of June Anno Dom Seventeen hundred
and thirty ^three^ as Riotters and of the peace of the said Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry Disturbs
themselves to disturb the peace of the said Right Hon.rble the Lord propry at Somrst County
