Sarah Staples
 Sarah Staples appears here in Court according to a Certain Recognizance Entered into
and thereupon the said Sarah Staples and her Security are accordingly discharged
And whereupon the Said Sarah Staples is ordered to give New Security for ^her^ appearance
at august Court next &c    Thereupon a Certain Francis Porter of Somerset County planter present
here in Court in his proper person and acknowledged himselfe to be Indebted unto his Lordship the
Right honrble the Lord Proprietary in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling of his goods and Chattells Lands
and tenements to the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made and Levied   If it
happen that the Said Sarah Staples do not make her personall appearance before the Justices of
His said Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of august
next and do not answer unto his said Lordship of and Concerning her Committing of Fornication
and having had born of her body a bastard Child and do not stand and abide the Judgmt of
the Court thereupon and do not depart the same Court without Leave thereof &c


Solomon Townsend appears according to his Recognizance for his good behaviour and appearance
at this Court and was accordingly discharged he and his Security &c

Dennis Driskill appears according to the tenour of his Recognizance for his good behaviour and
appearance at this Court &c    thereupon the said Dennis Driskill and his Securitys are discharged &c

William West of Somerset County planter being bound by Recognizance with One Security in fifty pds
Sterling Each for his good behaviour and appearance at this Court the Said William West present here in
Court in his proper person prays that his appearance may be Recorded and he and his Security discharged
thereupon the said William Wests appearance is Recorded and he and his security accordingly
discharged &c    whereupon the said William West is Ordered by the Court to give Security for the
payment of the Severall Officers their Fees due by Occasion of the premisses afd    thereupon a Certain
Revell Horsey present here in Court in his proper person undertakes for to pay the Severall officers
their fees due by Means of the premises afd &c

Anthony West of Somerset County planter being bound by Recognizance with One Security in fifty
pounds Sterling Each for his good behaviour and appearance at this Court   whereupon the Said Anthony
West appears and he and his Security according discharged &c    Whereupon the said Anthony West is
Ordered to give Security for the payment of the Severall Officers Fees due by Occasion of the premisses
afd   thereupon a Certain David Wilson of Somerset County Gent present here in Court undertakes
for the Said Anthony West for to pay the Several Officers Fees due by Means of the premisses
afd &c
