    The petition aforesaid being Read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation [illegible] wherefore it is Considered
that the aforesaid Joseph Brittingham be discharged for the future from paying of Levys for the boy aforesaid as by the
petition afd is paid praid &c

John Cook son of Robert Cook dec.d an orphan is bound by the Court of his Own Consent unto John Davis
Jun.r untill he arrives to the age of twenty one years he being about Seven Years of age the said
John Cook to serve his said Master the full term of time afd  In Consideration of which Servitude the
                Said Master undertakes to Learn his said apprentice during his Servitude afd to Read well in the bible and to write
and at the Expiration of his servitude to give him a Loom four Suitable Slays two pair Gears and a new Suit of
Cloaths over & above his wearing apperell and Likewise find and provide for his Said apprentice Sufficient meat drink
washing Lodging and Cloathing mete for such an apprentice to have and wear during his Servitude afd

                   Whereupon it is ordered by the Court that the aforesaid John Dennis give Recognizance in twenty pounds Sterling
to Comply with the Covenants aforesaid &c

                         Thereupon the said John Davis Jun.r present herein Court in his proper person acknowledged himselfe
to owe and stand Justly Indebted unto the afd John Cook in the Sum of twenty pounds Sterling money of Great Brittaine
to be Levied of his goods and Chattells Lands or tenements for the Use of the said John Cook his heirs or assignes if default
be made in the Condition hereunder written

                   The Condition of this Recognizance is such that if the above bounden John Dennis Jun.r his heirs Executors or
administrators do and shall well and truely Learn the afd John Cook during his Servitude afd to Read well in the Bill and
to write and at the Expiration of his Servitude give him a loom four Suitable Slays two pair of Gears and a new Suit of
Cloaths over his wearing apparell and Likewise find for his said apprentice Sufficient meat drink washing Lodging and
Cloathing mete for Such an apprentice to have and wear during his Servitude then the above Recognizance to be void otherwise
&c

     To the worshipfull the Justices of Somerset County Court the humble petition of John Windsor
sheweth              that whereas your Petitioner is possessed of a tract of Land Called wooledge the
the first bounder of which depends upon the Second Bounder of a tract of Land belonging to Thomas
Rowe Called Graves end which he is desireous to have proved and to perpetuate the Same humbly prays your
worships to appoint Commissioners to Examine Wittnesses to perpetuate and perpetuate bounds of the said Tract
of Land Called Graves End and as in duty bound he shall pray &c      John Windsor

                The Petition aforesaid being Read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon
had  Wherefore it Considered by the Justices here that a Commission Issue to the afd John Windsor as by the
petition afd is praid and that Levin Gale, John Jones, W.m Stoughton and Thomas Dashiell of Somerset
County Gentlemen be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission according to act of assembly in Such Case
made and provided &c

the petition of Charles Williams on Dams quarter in the County and province afd
Humbly sheweth               That your petitioner aged Eighty Years and upward and has Lived in the County in
Manny hundred above Sixty Years has served the County and payed taxes all along but now being past my
Labour and having no servants to labour for me obliges me to apply to your worships
