Quanton Bratton
        Petn
To the worshipfull the Justices of Somerset County now sitting
                                                                                                 The Petition of Quanton Bratton  whereas
your Petitioner stands possessed of a part of a tract of Land Called mount Ephraim Lying on the sea board
       side the bound whereof are like to become precarious and uncertain  Your petitioner prayeth that your worships would be
       pleased to proceed and appoint Commissioners pursuant to an act of assembly made to take the probatt of Such Evidences
       as shall be to them produced in order to preserve the bounds of the Land aforesaid in perpetuall Memory and your petitioner
       as in duty bound shall ever pray                                          Quanton Bratton

                            The petition afd being Read and heard and fully understood and Mature deliberation thereupon had
       Wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that a Commission Issue to the afd Quanton Bratton as by the petition aforesaid
       is praid and that Edward Rownds, James Rownds, John Donelson and James Martin all of Somerset County Gentlemen
       be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission according to act of assembly in such Case made and Provided &c


Edward Davis
        Petn
To the worshipfull Court of Somerset County  Your Petition humbly prays Your worships would
be pleased to appoint Commissioners to Examine Evidences in Relation to the bounds of a tract of
Land Called Guden burrow the one halfe thereof is the right and in the Possession of your Petitioner
        as in duty bound shall every pray                                    Edward Davis

                         The petition aforesaid being Read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had
Wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that a Commission Issue to the aforesaid Edward Davis as by the petition afd
is praid and that Edward Rownd, James Rownd, James Martin and Ephraim Heather all of Somerset County Gentlemen be
Commissioners and execute the afd Commission according to act of assembly in Such Case made & provided &c


William Freeman
           Petn
     To the worshipfull Justices of Somerset County Court now sitting  Your worships
Humble petitioner prayeth          That whereas the bounds of a Certain Tract of Land
Called Freemans discovery lying in somerset County in the tenor and possession of William
Freeman are something precarious therefore your worships petitioner prayeth that you would appoint men to
examine evidences in Relation to the premisses and I shall Remain your worships humble petitioner

                               The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon
had  Wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that a Commission Issue to the aforesaid William freeman as by
the petition afd is prayd and that John Scott W.m Lane, Southy Whittington and William Handy all of Somerset
County Gentlemen be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission according to act of assembly in Such made &
provided the afd John Scott and W.m Handy Lane present herein Court were Sworne to Execute the Same Commission
according to Law &c


Richard Holland
         Petn
Somerset County ss  To Our Justices of our peace for this County now Sitting    the petition of
Richard Holland Humbly sheweth whereas your petitioner hath a decriped Negro man past or
at present not Capable of Service therefore your petitioner humbly prayeth that he may be tax free
       and your petitioner as in duty bound Shall pray      Richard Holland

                         The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had therefore
       it is Considered by the Justices here that the afd Richard Holland be discharged for the future from paying of taxes for
       the Negro afd as by the petition afd is praid &c


Joseph Brittingham
         Petn
Somerset County ss
                                    To Our Lordships Justices of the peace now sitting the petition of
Joseph Brittingham humbly prayeth whereas your petitioner hath a son a Cripple borne and doth
Still remain and is now at the age of tax paying and not given in the list but brought him into Court
       and humbly prayeth that your worships would set him tax free and your petitioner as in duty bound shall pray
