298 Acknowledged themselves to be Indebted unto the said Thomas Beachamp in the Sum of One hundred pounds ster good and Lawfull money of England of their Severall ^bodys^ goods and Chattells Lands and tenements to the Joynly and Severally to the use of the Said John Beachamp his heirs and assigns to be made and Levied If it Happen that the afd Edward Hull do not Comply with the Laws in Relation to the Guardianship afd and do not deliver up unto the said John Beachamp his heirs or assignes all his Estate both Reall and personall that he shall have in his hands and possession peaceably and quietly when ever the Same shall be Legally required &c John Olphy a poor Sick weak man is discharged for the future from paying of Taxes &c
Recognizance with two Securitys for to Comply with the guardianship afd &c Whereupon the Said Richard Wallice with George Dashiell and George Benston of Somerset County Gent his Securitys all present here in Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves to owe unto the said George Givans in the Sum of thirty pounds Sterling Each of their Severall bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements to the use of the said George Givans his heirs or assignes to be made and Levied if it Happen that the afd Richard Wallice do not Comply with the Laws in Relation to the Guardian Ship afd and do not deliver up unto the Said George Givans his heirs or assignes all his Estate both Real and personall that he shall have in his hands and possession peaceably and quietly when ever the same shall be Legally required &c
give recognizance with two Securitys for to Comply with the guardianship afd &c Whereupon the said Robert Givans with Edward Rownds and Aaron Lynn of Somerset County planters his Securitys all present here in Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves to be Indebted unto the said William Givans in the Sum of Forty pounds Sterling Each of their Severall bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements to the use of the said William Givans his heirs or assignes to be made and Levied if it happen that the afd Robert Givans do not Comply with the Laws in relation to the Guardianship afd and do not deliver up unto the said William Givans his heirs or assignes all his Estate both real and personall that he shall have in his hands & possession peaceably and quietly when ever the same shall be Legally Required &c |
