Solomon Colebourn

    To the worshipfull Justices of Somerset County now in Court sitting the humble
petition of Solomon Colebourn most humbly sheweth
                                                       That whereas your petitioner is possessed of part of a tract of
Land called Pomfrett lying in somerset County the bounds whereof are decayed   therefore your
petitioner prays your worships to appoint Commissioners to Examine Evidences in relation to
the said bounds according to an act of assembly in that Case made and provided and your petitioner
as in duty bound shall ever pray

                   The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon
had &c wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that the afd Solomon Colebourn have a Commission
as by the petition afd is praid and that William Planner, Thomas Williams, David Wilson and John
Waters of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission according to act of
assembly in Such Case made and provided &c

          Thomas Hayward of Somerset County produced here in Court a Commission (from the Honrble Edmond
Jenings Esq.r Secretary of the province of Maryland) as Clerk of the County of Somerset who is approved
of he taking the Severall Oaths to the Government with the Oath of Cler and subscribe the Oath of abjuration
and Test      Thereupon the said Thomas Hayward took the Severall Oaths appointed by act of assembly
to the Government to be taken with the Oath of Clerk and Subscribed the oath of abjuration & test &
is admitted to his business &c

Upon the petition of Samuel Hopkins Sen.r to this Court   It is Ordered by the Same Court that
the said Samuel Hopkins be discharged for the future from paying of Taxes for himselfe &c


John Beauchamp
   Chose Guardian
John Beachamp son of Thomas Beachamp Late of Somerset County dec.d an orphan
above the age of fourteen ^years^ Came here into Court in his proper person and prays that he
may be admitted to Chose a Certain Edward Hull of Somerset County Carpenter as his
Gardian which is unto him granted &c    Thereupon the Said John Beachamp present here in Court
did make Choice of the Said Edward Hull as his Guardian   whereupon it is Ordered by the Court here
that the afd John White of Pocomoke deliver up unto the said Edward Hull Guardian as afd all the
estate of the said John Beachamp both real & personall and that he the said Edward Hull receive the same &c

          It is Likewise ordered by the Court here that the afd Edward Hull Give Recognizance with two
Securitys for to Comply with the Guardianship afd &c

                                                                Thereupon the said Edward Hull with Jonathan Cottingham and Thos
Moor both of Somerset County planters his securitys all present here in Court in their proper persons
                                                                                                                                              acknowledged
