To the Worshipfull Court of Somerset County now Sitting     the humble petition of John
Teague Sen.r of all hollows parish humbly prayeth that whereas the road Leading by my
                   plantation at the seaside is very prejudiciall to me as it now stands which goes as it now is thro' my
plantation which as I am Lately Come thereto Live is very prejudiciall    therefore I humbly pray your worship's
would be pleased to Suffer me to Clear a road as it formerly used to go which will not be above One hundred
Yards further that what it now is and your petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray

             The petition aforesaid being Read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon
had   wherefore it is Considered that the afd John Teague turn the Road as by the petition afd is praid &c

John White son of Stephen White Late of Somerset County dec.d is by the Court of his
Own Consent bound unto John White Sen.r untill he arrives at the age of Twenty One
years the said John White the Younger being Sixteen Years of age the fifth day of Novem
Next the said John White the Younger to Serve his said Master John White the Elder the full term afd during
which term the said John White his said Master well and faithfully shall Serve his secrets keep his
commandments Lawfully and honestly every where willingly shall do and in all things as a good and faithfull
Servant shall demean himselfe towards his said Master and all his during the term aforesaid &c

             Inconsideration of which Service the said John White the Elder present here in Court in his proper
person covenanteth with the Justices of the Same Court in Court Judicially Sitting on behalfe of the said John
White the younger that he the said John White the Elder during the term afd will Learn his Said apprentice the
trade of a tile Cooper and to read well in the bible and to write and Cypher as farr as the rule of three
Inclusive and at the Expiration of his Servitude give his said apprentice a new Suit of Cloaths over &
above his Common wearing Cloaths and Likewise provide for his said apprentice meat drink washing
Lodging and Cloathing and all other Necessarys sufficient for such an apprentice to have and wear during
the term afd &c
                               Whereupon it is Ordered by the Court here that the afd that the afd John White the Elder
give recognizance with one Security for to Comply with the Covenants afd &c

                Thereupon the said John White the Elder with Randall Long of Somerset County planter
his Security both present here in Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto
the said John White the Younger in the Sum of twenty pounds ^Sterling^ Each of their bodys goods or Chattells Lands
or tenements Seperately to be made and Levied to the use of the Said John White the Younger his heirs or
assignes   If it Happen that the said John White the Elder do not during the term of Servitude afd
Learn his said apprentice the trade of a tile Cooper and Read well in the bible and Write & Cypher
as far as the Rule of three Inclusive and at the Expiration of his servitude do not give him a new Suit
of Cloaths Over and above his Common wearing Cloaths and do not Likewise provide for his said apprentice
meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing and all Other Necessarys sufficient for Such an apprentice to
have and wear during the term afd &c
