       that your worships would not set them Tax free and your petitioner shall as in duty bound forever pray
       the petition afd being Read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had
       wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that Elizabeth Waters be discharged for the future
       from paying of Taxes for the aforesaid Negro's Sepio and Major as by the petition afd is praid &c

    To the Worshipfull Justices of Somerset County now in Court Sitting     The humble petition
of John Waters sheweth that your petitioner hath a negro man Names Tom who thro' an
Ill state of health for this two Years Last past hath been wholly uncapable of may Service your
petitioner therefore humbly prays your worships to Sett him Tax Free and your petitioner shall as in duty
bound for ever pray
                                           The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood and mature
deliberation thereupon had   wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that the afd John Waters be
discharged from paying of Levies for ye afd Negro untill he shall be Capable of being service sufficient
for the paying of Taxes &c


William Arbuckle

Upon the petition of William Arbuckle setting forth to be admitted to practice
the Law in this Court which is granted him he taking the Severall Oaths appointed
by act of assembly to the Government to be taken with the oath of an attorney
and Subscribe the Oath of abjuration and test

                Thereupon the said William Arbuckle takes the Severall Oaths to the Government
and the Oath of an attorney and Subscribed the Oath of abjuration and test and is admitted
to practice as afd is praid &c


Ordered by the Court here that James Train be Overseer and Clear a road from Spring Hill Road
Opposite to Jane Donelsons into the main road that Leads from Quantico to Rewastico &
to the upper Landing above James Givan's plantation according to the direction of Mr John
Caldwell and James Train and appoint the Labourers &c


George Trewitt appointed Overseer of the Road in Stead of James Mumford in Boquetenorton Hundred
for the Ensuing Year &c

To the worshipfull Justices of Somerset County now in Court Sitting the humble petition
of David Wilson Sheweth that your petitioner hath a negro woman named
Bonner that hath been distempred and under the docters Hands this fifteen Years
att Least and no Expectation of amendment your petitioner prayeth that you will take it into
your Consideration and sett the said Negro Tax Free and in duty bound shall ever pray

    The petition afd being Read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had
    wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that the afd David Wilson be discharged for the future
    from paying of Taxes for the afd Negro woman Called Bonner &c
