to read well in the bible   And Likewise find and provide for his afd ^apprentice^ meat drink washing
Lodging and Cloathing sufficient for Such an apprentice to have and wear during the term afd &c

                Whereupon it is Ordered by the Court here that the Said Robert Watson Give Recognizance
for to Comply with the Covenants aforesaid
&c

             Thereupon the Said Robert Watson present here in Court acknowledged himselfe Indebted
unto the Said Charles Cade the Younger in the Sum of ten pounds sterling good and Lawfull
mony of his body goods or Chattells Lands or tenements to the Use of the said Charles Cade his heirs
or assignes to be made and Levied if it Happen that the Said Robert Watson doe not Learn
his said apprentice during the term afd to Read well in the bible and Likewise find and
provide for the Said Charles Cade the Younger sufficient meat drink washing Lordging and
Cloathing mete for him to have and wear during the term aforesaid
&c


David Wilson Gardian
to Planner King

            Planner King son of Upsher King late of Somerset County dec.d
Came here into Court and prays that he may be admitted for to Chose a Certain David
                  Wilson of Somerset County Gent his Gardian which is by the Court hereunto him Granted &c
Thereupon the said Planner King makes Choice of the said David Wilson as his Gardian accordingly
&c
        
             Whereupon it is ordered by the Court here that the said David Wilson take into his Care and
possession all the Estate of the said Planner King both reall and personall and that he give good
Security for to Comply with the Gardianship aforesaid
&c

                Thereupon the Said David Wilson with Robert King and Henry Ballard his Securitys &
all of Somerset County Gent present here in Court acknowledged themselves to be Indebted unto the
said Planner King in the Sum of One hundred pounds Sterling good and Lawfull money
of England of their bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements Joyntly & Severally to be
made and Levied to the Use of the said Planner King his heirs or assignes

                If it Happen that the aforesaid David Wilson do not Comply with the Law
in relation to the Gardianship aforesaid and do not deliver up peaceably and quietly
unto the said Planner King his heirs or assignes all his Estate both real and personall
when he shall arrive at full age to receive the Same or when the Said David Wilson should
be Legally required
&c

in Court now sitting the humble petition of William Nelson most Humbly
Sheweth that whereas your petitioner being possessed of two tracts of Land
