Underwood Renchor
          petn
     To the Worshipfull Justices of Somerset County Court the Humble petition of
underwood Renchor Sheweth

       That your petitioner hath a tract of Land Lying on Pittses Creek Known by the Name of the
Fork neck whose bounders are Old and decayed and the Evidences aged your petitioner prays that
the Court would appoint Commissioners in Order to Examine Evidences in relation thereto and as in duty
bound shall pray                  the petition aforesaid being Read and heard and fully understood

          Whereupon it is Considered by the Court here that a Commission Issue unto the aforesaid Underwood
Renchor as by the Petition aforesaid is praid and that John Scott, William Lane, Robert
Jenckins Henry and Thomas Hayward all of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute
the Same Commission according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &c


Frances Wilson
       petn
  To the Worshipfull Justices of Somerset County in Court now Sitting the petition of Fran
Wilson humbly Sheweth
                                                                            that Whereas your petitioner hath a negro woman that
is very Old and past Labour and doth not Earn the Victualls she Eats and Cloaths she wears
Your petitioner therefore prays your worships to set her tax free and your petitioner as in duty
bound shall ever pray
                                                                                                    Frances Wilson

            The petition aforesaid being Read and heard and fully understood and Mature deliberation thereupon
had      Wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that the aforesaid Francis Wilson
be for the future discharged from paying of taxes for the aforesaid Negro Woman as by the petition
aforesaid is praid &c

          Phenix Hall Came here into Court and prays that for as much as he hath a negro man named
Jank thats very Old and Crazey and not able to Labour that he may be discharged from paying
of Taxes for the future &c       Whereupon it is Considered by the Justices here that the aforesaid
Phenix Hall be discharged for the future from paying of Taxes for the aforesaid Negro Jank
as aforesaid is praid &c


William Stoughton of Somerset County Gent Came hereinto Court and prays that he may be
discharged for the future for paying of taxes for his Negroe Man Attey who is very Old Infirm
and past Labour &c
                                    whereupon it is Considered by the Justices here that the afd Wm Stoughton
be discharged for the future from paying of Taxes for the afd Negro Man Names Attey
as afd is prayd &c
