before you our said Justices undetermined and we being willing for divers Causes that the plea afd undetermined
as aforesaid as aforesaid should be heard and determined before the Justices of Our Prov.ll Court therefore
we Command you that you have the body of the said Thomas Fletcher by whatsoever Name he be
Called in the plea aforesaid together with the day and Cause of his Caption and detainer and all things
thereunto Relateing before the Justices of our Provinciall Court to be held at annapolis the third tuesday
of May next that Our Justices of Our ^said^ Provinciall Court may farther proceed therein as to Justice
appertaines &c here of fail not at your perill and have you then there this Writt Wittness Levin
Gale Esq.r Chief Justice of Our Prov.ll Court the twenty fourth day of October in the Eighteenth Year
of Our dominion &c annoq Dom One thousand Seven hundred & thirty two &c
          which being Read and heard it is Ordered by the Court here that a full transcript of the
proceedings in the plea aforesaid be made and sent according to the tenour and Command of the writt afd &c


Mathew Hopkins
   Guardian to
Mathias Nichols
Mathias Nichols an Orphan and Son of          Nichols Late of Somerset
County dec.d being above Fourteen Years of age Came here into Court in his
proper person and prays that he may be admitted to Chose a Certain Mathew
                      Hopkins of Somerset County Gent As his guardian which is granted him &c thereupon
the said Mathias Nichols makes Chose of the said Mathew Hopkins as his Guardian accordingly
&c          Whereupon it is Ordered by the Court here that the aforesaid Mathew Hopkins take
into his Care and possession all the Estate of the said Mathias Nichols both real and personall
and Likewise it is Ordered by the Court that the Said Mathew Hopkins Give Recognizance with
two Securitys to Comply with the Gardianship aforesaid &c

          Thereupon the Said Mathew Hopkins with James Martin and John Scarbrough of
Somerset County Gent his Securitys all present here in Court in their proper persons acknowledged
themselves to be Indebted unto the Said Mathias Nichols in the Sum of Fifty pds
Sterling Joyntly and Severally of their bodys goods and Chattells Lands and tenements to be
made and Levied to the Use of the Said Mathias Nichols his heirs and assignes  If it happen
that the Said Mathew Hopkins do not Comply with the Law in relation to the Gardianship
aforesaid and do not deliver up unto the Said Mathias Nichols his heirs or assignes
all his Estate both Real and personall that he shall have in his hands and possession (peaceably
and quietly) when he shall arive at full age by Law to receive the same &c
